Amazing location I really like the breakfast everything was about 5-10min walk i loved the staff very friendly

small rooms no exhaust- toilets were quite open even though I loved my stay but the worst thing was they charged me 80 Euros for taxi to pick up from Airport which was a total rip off whoever is coming please book your own taxi

Levni staff are so pleasant and helpful from the time we landed to every day we were there! They are happy to help, and were always professional with the best customer service! The hotel is in walking distance from a lot of shops/ good food places and tourist attractions such as Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque!!

I know there is a lot of construction going on next door at the moment...and sometimes late at night the noise levels were bad! I think the variety of breakfast available could be a little better but was okay. AC was a bit hit and miss but once we spoke to staff they were more then happy to help 😀 The bathroom area is a frosted door which can still see through so for those who want privacy its not very good! They are not sliding doors they are just open/close doors that swing so always left with gap in the middle!

Very positive place! My fiancé had a birthday and we were welcomed by a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card!!! That has made our day: attitude! Second important thing: they really have WARM swimming pool! We’ve been staying in different 5 stars hotels in Istanbul, and though the pools were really big, it was absolutely impossible to swim because the water was really like ice. Levni warms water and that is really big thing to appreciate!))

The Executive Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were very accommodating especially as we arrived about 8:00 am (flight arrival). We were able to get into our room within 15 minutes as another guest had checked out early. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Food to accommodate all tastes....just remember, there is no way to eat it all so pace yourself! The food was fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. Omelets made to order with minimal weight.

We prefer to walk the area near the hotel in order to become familiar with our surroundings and the community. The only "map" available was hand drawn. I should have printed out a city map from the internet. We did have a challenge getting the TV to work, but the room attendant quickly solved that problem. However, I had to ask her to show me how she did it as it was so fast. Additionally, we could not figure out how to adjust the shower from 'rain shower' to hand held and then back again. It would help to have printed instructions in the bathroom. These are very minor problems and do not detract from the very commodious and pleasant room.

Beds are very comfort, pillows also. Hotel is very clean, very high level of purity. The staff are very kindly and happy. One of the best stuff in which hotel I have been to. It was my birthday and they gave me a cake and wish me happy birthday from all of the staff. Location is fenomenal, metro is next to the hotel, tramline 2 min vy walking, Grand bazar is 3 min walking, Misir carsisi 2 min walking. Very, very good location. In pool it is a very comfort water, very cool, it isnt cold.

Breakfast is dissapointing.. You dont have very much choice to eat. One morning eggs were cold, you dont have anything instead eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, fruit, youghurt, toaster, and ham. They serve for breakfaat friend onions, croquettes, pasta baked with cream. For me, that food isnt for a breakfast.If you are staying more than 4 days, you probably woudnt like to eat every day the same food (toast, cereal or eggs). Pool is good, but pool area is very cold, when you go out from the pool you are freezing. Pool stairs were very shaky, like they fall apart. Tiles in the pool in the corner was the dirty, they were not cleaned properly.

The staff made our stay exceptional with their warm welcome and helpful assistance. Their warm attitude, respectful approach, and professional manners impressed us and made us feel that we were staying in a European hotel. Mr. Nural and his colleagues are sophisticated professionals and we are grateful for them in every aspect of our stay. I do want to emphasize that you can not find a better location to stay. Most of the places are within walking distance, however, if you prefer to use transport all the options are 2-3 min away. (everyone at the Front desk, especially Mr. Nural is happy to give detailed directions and instructions). All you need is around the Hotel. A few words about the Breakfast, it was the best what we ate during our general stay in Istanbul, with a mix of European and Traditional food, a Huge assortment, and excellent service from Mr. Ertan and his colleague in a very nice environment. They additionally made us happy with a birthday cake surprise and healing tea.

We booked a deluxe room. The size of Rte room was very good. It had a balcony too. Location is fantastic; Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque just 10 min walk. So are shopping areas. Their breakfast is just amazing - one of the best I have had in Europe. The spread is vast. The most beautiful thing is their hospitality - from reception to the bell boy to the people who manage cafeteria; everyone refers to you as “sir” and “lady.” You feel like royalty!

The hotel is next to a huge mosque. So during prayers, the sound is a bit loud. Last prayer was at 8.30 pm, the first used to be around 5.30/6.00 am, which lasted about 5-20 min depending on Ramadan or not.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem. Location of the hotel is the highlight (after the staff) it is in the old town so everything major is an easy walk. View from rooftop is great and the breakfast and restaurant were decent.

The room was fine, but they are all the smaller side. As you are in the city it can be a bit noisy, construction and noise from street. The pool / sauna are ok, but does need some attention.

Leoni Hotel is ideally situated in the Old Town for all the top places to visit next to the governors building and a stones throw away from many restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast although the same every day had plenty to choose from..

Unfortunately the whirlpool in the room throughout dirty water. The sauna was not available. The pool had very cold water. Once again booking.com told me too late about the sauna, I chose this hotel because of the facilities and its placement.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, There was a wonderful choice for breakfast, the rooms clean and cozy, and located at a perfect location. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, and food was delicious.

The floor levels were a bit confusing, but elevators worked fine. Located in a busy neighborhood, to be expected, with stores nearby,... so alot of traffic...traffic of course is everywhere. But, we would stay there again
