The room was beautifully decorated. Very spacious considering all it had to offer. The kitchenette was equip with everything you would need to make a small meal/ breakfast. The bed was so so comfortable and the curtains blocked out all day light which was perfect for a lie in. The bathroom was delightful! Large shower and fluffy towels. Smart TV so we were able to stream whatever we wanted. Location was great, 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. 15 minute walk to Barmouth bridge. The fanny Talbot restaurant is amazing, we didn't eat there but had drinks at the bar. Staff were friendly and the food looked delicious!

Our room was up 2 flights of stairs which isn't the end of the world but we weren't made aware of it when we made the booking. Our neighbours woke us up at 7am, not sure if they were heavy footed or not the best sound proofing. But no other complaints of noise for our 2 night stay.

The room was beautifully decorated. Tasteful and had just the right amount of furniture to make it work. The bathroom was modern and well laid out. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook when we decided not to eat out. The room (2) was at the front of the property and had double aspect windows, that opened fully to let the cool air flow through the room. It was lovely to sit in the window and watch the world go by. The cleaning staff were great and we were never disturbed when we asked not to be. The room was always left spotless, with clean towels, bedding and coffee and tea too ups. The nice touch was the lovely soaps and shower gels. Also a water filter jug for cold water in the fridge. The bar staff were lovely and just the right amount of chatty. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The air-con system in room 2 needs a look at as it buzzes loudly intermittently (even through the night).

Staff were great, although the place was locked up when we got there and ad some trouble walking around trying to find someone. Ended up calling them and was directed to a bar across the road who called the manager. Had to wait for them to come down but got a complimentary drink. Stayed in a lovely comfy room, air con was great, bed was comfy, in fact we decided to stay another night as we didn't want to leave, Barmouth really grew on us. Didn't have breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant and it was really good. Really appreciate the staff dealing with our changing travel demands.

It was nice to have aircon but it kept turning itself off in the night and it was really hot. I guess it's health and safety but the emergency light above the door was so bright it illuminated the whole room

Overall vibe of the place is lovely, feels very high end but super relaxed. The room was soundproofed which meant you couldn’t hear the busy street and bar below. The location was fantastic. Having a kitchenette was perfect for making ourselves a little snack or breakfast. We loved the beautiful decor and comfy bed. Our favourite thing was the 3 course meal we had in the restaurant - it was outstanding and so memorable. Best fillet steak we’ve ever eaten. All the staff were amazing!!!

The accommodation was amazing ,so clean and comfortable .we loved how it was set out ,with beautiful bathroom and everything we needed in the kitchenette. Immaculate...The staff where so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble ,made you feel so welcome . Would certainly like to stay there again . And we loved Barmouth ,

Location and lovely room. Staff are all really polite and friendly.

A little disappointed that there was a dirty towel left from a previous guest and that we had to wash the cups and glasses as they were greasy. Also the rooms have a green light in them, I’m assuming it’s a safety light but it was so bright I found it difficult to sleep.

The location was fantastic car park across the road , the 3 bed apartment we stayed in was perfect very clean and everything you needed for your stay

The bar and restaurant down stairs wasn’t open early for breakfast so found a little cafe next door Tried to get food Sunday tea time and had stopped serving at 3pm it let it down

The room and everything about it was very stylish and clean. Great bed and lovely shower. Filter jug in fridge for drinking water a good idea.

prime location, one block away from the beach. The rooms were brand new and were stunning and clean.. nothing was ever too much for the staff, and would highly recommend this place. The photos on the side don’t do it justice!!

Self catered, newly renovated and to a very high standard . Everything you need to cook . Very comfortable accommodation . Great location on high st so within easy reach of everything.car park around the corner .
