Clean room , tea and coffee in room, nice helpful staff, good size room

No hairdryer in the room, payed for garden facing room with french doors , didn't get it due to needing soda bed for our child. Parking spaces very small only 1 disabled space , no mother and baby or van parking space. We were in a van with a big dog and a child No bins for poo bags so had to put in normal bin Card only in the bar , wouldn't take cash . What if you don't have money in the bank but have cash on you . Also Internet connection for card machine constantly down Poor WiFi reception Light in the lift very dim, couldn't see the floor numbers

Having read some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about choosing this hotel. However the communications with Nadia were excellent and when we arrived she gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and bright but would have benefitted from some info on wifi and breakfast times etc. I found the road noise a bit disturbing as I'm a light sleeper but my partner wasn't troubled. Maybe some double glazing & air con ? The attached pub was ok & quite adequate but there were no ales on offer. Top marks to Nadia and the young man on duty the next day who was also polite and helpful. Would I stay again ? Yes - but might bring some earplugs :)

Road noise No ales in the pub & limited menu.

We booked this hotel for 1 night before our trip to Warwick Castle with our 2 young daughters as we don’t live nearby. Staff were very friendly and provided clear information on what we needed to know for our stay and the room exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious, clean and quiet which was perfect. I would note, on the website it states toiletries are provided, however none were in our room and there was no phone to call down to reception. Luckily as a parent I am always 5 steps ahead and brought our own toiletries (and hairdryer!) just in case. We paid extra for a continental breakfast which you help yourself to - it was nice, but we do like a full English when we are staying away. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and when we next visit Warwick Castle, we will definitely be back!

Room was little cold in the early hours but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Great unique place, clean and spacious bedrooms. Very cosy guest area / bar / restaurant with quirky decor. Staff were all friendly and happy to help. Check in was 3pm but we arrived just before midday. Our rooms were ready and we were allowed to check in early at no extra charge. Clean travel cot provided. Good breakfast and good range of bar snacks. Didn’t have dinner there as we had plans but menu looked good. Overall a very pleasant stay for our family. (2 adults, 15yr old and 1yr old). Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good. I think they have been slightly short staffed, however the staff working were all great.

The hotel was very pleasant - cosy, warm and nicely decorated for Halloween. The food there was very reasonably priced, tasty and big portions were given. Parking very conveniently placed and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Only 8 mins away from Kenilworth Castle (by car).

Strangely enough, they didn’t have bottled water on site for sale (or any lidded bottled drinks in fact). Vending machine there didn’t have a card payment option. Some areas need little redecorating touches. Wallpaper in our room was peeling from the bottom. Corridor paint looked a little untidy.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They all had smiles on their faces; they were clearly happy to be there (as was I!) My room was much larger than I expected It was also very quiet throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and the shower was easy to operate. And everything was so VERY clean!

I would have preferred breakfast to be served rather than a buffet. I didn't have a lot of time to search for everything on offer (a train to catch) and I missed out on a couple of items. But hey, that's just me; the food that I did have was tasty and well cooked.

Nice hot shower. Large room. Good lightning. Also welcoming night lights outside.

Some of the towels and pillowcases on the bed did not smell freshly washed despite the fact that they looked clean. Traffic and aircraft noise is quite loud. Water logged ash trays by the entrance and litter in the parking area was still there during our two night stay. Service was good but some of the staff at reception did not give off a warm and welcoming air.

Despite the limited facilities in terms of accessibility, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.also, both the food and service in the bar and restaurant surprisingly exceeded our expectations!

As a manual wheelchair user, the property is far from ideal. the hallways are narrow and at awkward angles with heavy fire doors and there is no accessible toilet (or at least working ones) near reception, the restaurant or bar.

The location for our onward journey was perfect. We enjoyed the meal we had in the evening and breakfast was good too. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly and dealt with a situation efeciently.

We lost water pressure completely in the morning which meant we were unable to clean teeth after breakfast and unable to flush toilet before leaving. There was a birthday party going on and the disgraceful teenage pranks of putting food in the men's urinal was not appreciated by this guest. They continued through the night and were particularly rowdy whilst transiting corridors in the early hours of night. This is why I have marked it down. Not the Hotels fault but hopefully a letter of complaint can be sent to the organisers.

Room was very cozy and clean. Shower and bath facilities were very nice. Switches at the door and bed for the lighting making it very comfortable.

Sadly TV remote was not functioning, went down for new batteries and it still did not work. Controls on the TV do work though so could still use these. There was a washing machine hooked up to our bath drainage which meant there was some mid day "gargling" coming from the bathroom.
