Lovely clean room with lots of added extras. Air con unit, extra electric fan if needed, hairdryer, coffee machine with a great selection of coffee pods plus regular instant coffee and some great tea, hot chocolate, biscuits etc. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion plus a toothbrush and toothpaste kit, shoe shine, shaving kit, and even make up remover wipes. Amazing roll top bath AND large rainfall shower. Breakfast was 5 star although a wider selection of cereals would have been appreciated and perhaps some continental options eg pastries would have been nice. Especially considering we paid nearly £200 for the night

Bed was smaller than expected and the mattress was lumpy - we both had back pain in the morning. It was also springy and noisy so there was no chance of feeling comfortable being a bit more cuddly than usual (😉) Noise from the pub downstairs was crazy, even after closing time, especially as one of the facilities advertised was sound proofing. Luckily it didn't go on past midnight as that was my cut off before I made a complaint!

Excellent food presented well and with good flavour combinations. Don’t mind paying for quality products. Facilities surpassed my expectations with high end finish in most fixtures and fittings. Roll top bath and separate large shower was totally unexpected, but Consumables presented well and extensive selection. Loved the coffee maker in the room and the selection of teas and water. Easy access to bus service and near to coast.

Windows old and in need of replacement. Sound from downstairs but this is the nature of the building. No full length mirror. All of the benefits definitely outweighed these minor issues.

Clean, cosy rooms and lovely bathroom. A hot drinks station (which included a hot chocolate sachet which was exciting to find!) and incredible dinner & the breakie was included! I turned up rather bedraggled and covered in mud - but everyone was absolutely lovely! They found a cosy space for me to have dinner, Friday night there was some live music as well!

The only small con - which was 100% my fault - was that the buses to the area stopped earlier than expected - if relying on them check ahead! However, if you are driving there was plenty of space :)

Greeted and well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to sort out. The food was excellent, breakfast was laid with a choice of cereals and had a menu of many cooked choices including a section for extra's. I had a really nice fresh fruit salad. Each morning we could exchange fresh milk to take to our room in a flask. If you like fresh coffee there was a coffee machine with coffee pods, tea and biscuits.

This is a charming old public house and the stairs are very steep leading to the bedrooms but we were asked if we needed any help with our luggage. Others may not find this a difficulty as we are 78. There were no leaflets explaining attractions and how to find them but we managed ok.

Friendly stsff, very clean and bright new room of good size with a nice hot shower. Great having a coffee machine and kettle to make a hot drink. It was lovely being served a nice breakfast. Compliments to the chef for the food presentations for dinner too.

Our room was situated above the kitchen. At dinner times we could hear the exhaust fans which was OK but there were intermittent roaring noise with rhythmic banging which was unpleasant. Thankfully the noise stopped later in the night.

The breakfast was just perfect, so much choice and the quality was amazing! We ate in the restaurant on the first night as well as a Sunday Roast - great great value for money for absolutely exceptional food. The lovely staff in the pub could not do enough for us. The room was luxurious, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely nothing! It was so perfect. If there was anything not quite how it should be, it was rectified in minutes. I didn't like having to leave!

This is a lovely B&B above a nice little Restaurant/Pub. The rooms are well equipped with all the usual tea's plus a coffee machine. Our room was spacious with air-con the bathroom was lovely with both a bath and seperate shower (room 6) Niton is ideal for traveling out to explore the wonderful island. THere is another pub across the road if you fancy a different beer!

This is a Restaurant before its a pub, the food is tremendous but there is no atmosphere. I hope the owners solve this buy simply giving up some space to create a local pub feel, maybe a sofa or two to enjoy a post dinner drink whilst listening to the music. who knows they might even encourage the locals back to the pub?

Lovely breakfasts on both mornings, in very pleasant surroundings. We were able to park easily in their own car park and there was a convenient small shop within a minute's walk from the pub. Our room was impeccably clean and there were excellent provisions such as a coffee machine and luxury washing items in the bathroom. Photo of our bathroom with this review.

We waited about an hour to be served our dinner on the first evening, but it was a pleasant wait and the food was lovely. We were a bit surprised to be charged 60p for an egg cup sized bowl of parmesan cheese, but it wasn't important enough to us to complain.

The breakfast was excellent, room was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with tea, coffee and bottles of water. The bathroom was also well stocked with toiletries. Nothing was too much bother. We also had our evening meals at the hotel which were also excellent.

We couldn't shut the window in our room and it was a bit noisy with the traffic outside although it quietened down after 10pm.

it was very clean the room was spacious. shower was very powerful and room to move around as is a walk in shower. gutted I only stay one night cause I would have tried the bath out. bed was comfortable and the air con was needed in the day. breakfast was amazing and very filling. I would highly recommend

the price on booking.com was expensive but it was luxury just a shame it was expensive otherwise we would have stayed extra nights.
