Beautiful hotel that is kept in immaculate condition. Extremely friendly and warm welcoming hosts. Spacious rooms finished with high-end touches. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the owners really do care that your stay is amazing! Super comfortable rooms and beds, The most amazing breakfast - cooked to perfection. This is more like a 6* High end hotel!! Location is ideal with free parking and the hosts offer dicounted ferry options. Dog friendly hotel in all rooms but you would never know a dog has been in the house it is so clean and fresh! For us it was the amazing personal toutches from the owners that made this a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nothing could be found to complain over - NAILED IT GUYS - THANK YOU SO MUCH

There is nothing to fault as everything was spectacular from the moment of arrival to departure the hosts Pete and Warren were amazing in all aspects and left a warm and comforting feeling throughout my stay. The house comes with a beautiful dog named Maggie who was just pleasant to be around and so friendly. Breakfast service was also amazing as they provided a vegetarian option with a healthy fruit salad bowl (my fave) I would most defiantly recommend The Grange Bank House as my experience was 10/10 Small tip. The owners (Pete and Warren) think about the guests, and I could see that in everything - the house, room, services, and breakfast. They were very caring, friendly, and kind and made me feel at home. My dog was very excited and noisy in the breakfast room, had a toilet accident, and got sick, but they were very understanding. Not many places allow dogs in the eating area, so it was nice. The room was super clean and comfortable, I definitely come back for my next visit to IoW!

Everything was perfect!

In our search to design our first trip to the Isle of White, Mother (93) and I, found and chose this place because of the perfect balance between its revues, location and price. It wasn't until we got there, after a long day, that we were received by Warren and Pete in such a human and kind way that we really felt it was un-doubtfully the perfect place to land even for 2 nights. You could feel that every detail of the house, room and service had been thought about to provide the best experience. Food was clearly done with love and care. We left very impressed by the hard work they both have put in this project and adventure of life. It was really inspiring. Thank you for making us so at ease. Lucero and Brigitte (Mexico and France)

loved the location in Shanklin old town it was central to attractions , restaurants , beach, buses in next road to get around Island. Brilliant ,as arrived on foot, and travelled alone . The breakfast was brilliant , service amazing , dining room welcoming . Your sun lounge relaxing and loved the leaflets to browse through . To be able to use the large lounge to relax in ,and the tea on arrival , and chat 1:1 about Grange Bank House and Shanklin ,lovely personal touch .Loved to share time with little dogs here too .

Breakfast was efficiently prepared and served, an excellent choice of hot and cold options. Vegetarians were well catered for. Location is great, close to town centre but in a quiet road.

Not a problem for us but the off road parking was a little tight. Squeaky floor boards in room 4. Far too many pillows and towels per person, which apparently all have to be laundered, even if not used.

We had an amazing stay at Grange Bank House. We felt very welcomed. Our hosts were always here to help us and guide us to the main attractions and restaurants of the island. The food served at breakfast is amazing and served with joy and love. The bed was really comfortable and the room very clean and well equipped. Thank you again for your hospitality. We felt like we were at home for a few days.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked dishes, absolutely delicious fruit salad every day. On arrival we were offered a cup of tea, then given ideas for visits etc... Our room was exactly what we were expecting, spacious with a very well appointed bathroom. Warren and Peter were the perfect hosts. Every evening chocolates were left in front of our bedroom door, a wonderful attention. We strongly recommend Grange Park House. The position of Grange Park House is absolutely perfect for strolling in the town.

Nothing negative!!

Pete and Warren are excellent hosts of a good b&b on a quiet side road in the old town. Breakfast was very good with the Vegetarian option not being simply an afterthought.

Occasionally some sounds do echo a bit. It is now a longish walk to the beach due to lanslips closing the obvious route.

it was as good as any 4star hotel. Warren and Peter make you so welcome from the minute you walk though the front door, and go out of their way to make your stay has comfortably as possible.

There’s nothing to dislike, if you can find any fault with this accommodation then you are a very hard person to please.
