Once again, everything was perfect. A personalised "welcome" chalk-board on the doorstep on arrival, friendly hosts, fresh flowers in an immaculately clean and warm room, well-stocked breakfast bar / fridge with a selection of continental breakfast items, powerful shower and reserved off-road parking. The room is a self-contained unit with direct access to the outside, so you don't need to go through the house to get to the accommodation. The bed and pillows are super comfy and it's really quiet, so you get an excellent night's sleep. The hosts have thoughtfully provided leaflets/ menus from nearby takeaways and there's crockery and cutlery in the room, so you can have a takeaway in the room or on the little patio table just outside. This is our 2nd visit, as we have family close by, we'll definitely be returning. If I had to sum it up in 3 words, it's a "haven of tranquility". Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the bed was ultra comfy, the attention to detail with the little things was exceptional- a chalk board outside the front door greeting us on arrival, a vase of fresh flowers, a mini fridge with milk, butter, eggs, yoghurt and breakfast bar area with a variety of cereals, toast, croissants, fruit - there was even a first aid kit in the room. We also had our own off-road parking space. Our hosts were friendly - we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended! Thank you !!

Everything! I was working locally & stayed for 2 nights. Communication from booking was good. Lovely welcome from hosts. The room had absolutely everything you could wish for plus more! Very peaceful setting & homely. Clean room & comfortable bed. Private entrance with locked gates for security. Fantastic breakfast & fridge, microwave, egg boiler etc.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Breakfast is in the room. Fresh croissants, eggs with an egg poacher, bread, butter, jam, porridge, cereals, milk, bananas, fruit juice cartoons, filter coffee, tea they have every angle covered. So clean as well. Super soft towels. We stayed here over night as were visiting longleat. 15 minutes and we were there.

The bed was super comfy but it did move

we were pleasantly surprised to find a good- sized room including a bed and kitchenette plus a bathroom. the bed was comfy. Lovely and quiet position. it included a generous continental breakfast that we could eat when we wanted to. We really enjoyed our stay here and used it to visit Bath and Cardiff.

We actually liked everything- no complaints at all.

Sarah was brilliantly helpful. There were terrible train problems due to weather and therefore no taxis. She called to check if I was ok on my way to her. I said I was stuck due to no taxis from the station due to the weather. She came and picked up me to make sure I made it in time for the funeral I was attending.

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay whilst working locally. The continental breakfast selection was excellent and the cooking facilities a nice touch. Sarah was an excellent host and made me feel very welcome. Excellent value for money, being cheaper than most hotels in the area. I will definitely return if the need arises in the future.

A very warm welcome indeed - I especially liked the personalised sign by the front door welcoming me to the property! Swiftly shown to my room, it had everything I could desire for a one-night stay before heading to AOSB. The room was wonderfully quiet and had an extremely comfortable bed. I felt the price paid was very good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

This place is a lil gem, so peaceful and calm, Sarah is a wonderful host and even puts a black board outside her house welcoming you. You have you’re own space to park, and the room is at the back of their bungalow, set in a beautiful garden, Sarah has even created a patio area for her clients to sit out in. The bed was so comfy, the facilities in there for bed and breakfast were beyond our expectations. We had traveled for 3 hrs when we stayed, so we just want to crash out and we did, there are plenty of places to eat near to the property and lots of information provided by Sarah. The breakfast consisted of bread,crossiants, a good selection of cereals, eggs, all sortment of tea, coffee, and preserves. There’s a small mini fridge, which was stock with milk, eggs and butter,microwave, toaster, kettle, culterly, glasses, mugs, plates and bowls. It’s central heated and was cosy and warm, Sarah has gone to great lengths with cleanliness, but also personal touches and honestly it was the best bed and breakfast we have ever stopped in.

We were welcomed with a little ‘chalk board’ at the front of the property which felt like a lovely personal touch. The B&B was obviously custom built to the back of the property to a very high standard. The personal touches and facilities were absolutely fantastic. Fully stocked kitchenette containing a wide selection of appliances and breakfast items, scented candles, shampoo and body wash dispenser in the lovely en-suite bathroom and a gorgeous personal decking area!The bed was incredibly comfy and we had two lovely nights sleep. Sarah was incredibly hospitable and we could not fault our stay! A unequivocal 5*
