stunning relaxing vacation…spacious and serene. super happy with our two story townhouse and full kitchen it was perfect for 4 nights to have coffee and breakfast in and just a few fabulous meals out. fireplace was fun on the day we got rained in and we never felt cramped, very homey. loved the outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi in our room. we had great ocean views

our unit was a timeshare and in DIRE needs of upgrades. one sink handle in the lower bathroom didn’t work, a drawer was missing a handle upstairs, and the mattresses were pretty soft but they told us all those units are getting remodels in Feb so once that’s done this will be back to a primo spot to stay near Big Sur and Carmel

I asked for a top floor Ocean View King room with an unobstructed view, and they gave it to me. The view of the coast and setting sun was spectacular. The view from the dining room is even more amazing. Dinner basically stopped, for all diners, while people took moved around and took pictures of the sunset and the rocky coast.

The rooms could use updating, as other reviews say. They're adequate, but not great for the price. Other reviews are also correct that accessing many rooms require navigating narrow stairs with suitcases. The bellhops are more than happy to assist.

every person we met that worked on the property greeted us with a friendly smile and kind words. Anything we asked about they took care of immediately. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Can’t wait to come back again.

Loved our view. Kitchen was very well outfitted. Bed was extremely comfortable. We loved having a real fireplace. Location was near enough to desired amenities in town. It was great having two bathrooms.

Food and beverages were over-priced. Would have been nice if restaurant offered dinner. Neighbors were yelling next to our room one night around 10:30 p.m., waking us up (was not expecting that kind of rowdy behavior at this level of resort). No hotel staff intervened (that I could tell).

The views are spectacular. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The service at the Pacific’s Edge could have been better. Felt a bit ignored by our server. Food was good but not great for the price.

Gorgeous views and just relaxing

The loss of room service was surprising since everyone is back to normal and Covid is something of the past. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable and flatten as soon as you lay your head down.

The view from the room/deck was beautiful. Restaurant dinner and breakfasts were very good and views spectacular. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fireplace in room wasn't working which is why we booked that room. Also there was no daily room service to freshen towels, linens, toiletries etc. You could request additional items and they were left outside your room.

The room "Horizon" was great and well equipped, the third bed, a sleep sofa, not comfortable. We would come back here.

Restaurant can´t be booked through the concierge, only via an external app and along with anybody else. Thus, though hotel guests we never got in.

The staff provided excellent service. The grounds were very well maintained.

The room we stayed in could use an upgrade. The carpet was old and the bathroom was very outdated.

some of the rooms are hard to access because property is on a hill, so if your handicapped limited rooms would work. Had to valet, and bags had to be carried down to room, by valet.
