The location to Rocky Mountain National Park is perfect. This was also close to restaurants and shopping downtown in Estes. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious.

The front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied by another guest which made for an awkward first impression. I am not sure how this mix up happened by staff/system. Other than coffee and yogurt, there is nothing else at breakfast (hard boiled egg, white toast, pre-packaged jam/peanut butter, cereal, pre-packaged waffle) which would sustain you for a long day or hike ahead which disappointed us. The room was fairly quiet, but we could hear the TV next door at 6 in the morning, and we could hear guests walk above us (we were on ground level).

When I drove up to the hotel, I was like "What is this?" but soon you should not judge the book by it's cover. I rented a room with double queen beds and a balcony. It cost a bit more than a room that didn't have a balcony but it turned out to be we so worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had room 107 down a small hill and around the corner. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The balcony was so worth it because the view was beautiful. You are able to see snow tipped mountains in the distance. Because we were there in late February, it was very cold to sit outside due to the cold and high winds. The hotel offers a small breakfast in an eclectic designed breakfast area off the small lobby. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and I would definitelly stay there again. Please go and check it out.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

The room was so beautiful when we walked in. There was good space. Two very comfortable beds. Lots of good pillows. Large desk, USB chargers in the wall sockets. Nice fluffy absorbent towels. The breakfast was good and typical but with plenty of hot and cold variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Went out of their way to make Covid restrictions as painless as possible. Will definitely come back.

The entry drive is steep and a bit tricky. The building is beginning to show its age, but staff was actively updating and repairing the facility. They worked hard to be out of the way and quiet. Covid restrictions.

unbelievably hard-working cleaning teams (it was obvious), working they're you know what's off really super nice (little) room (however great value) ultra clean, new decor, beautiful bathroom (newly decorated/refinished) absolutely stunning views of the surriunding mountains super friendly and respectful staff (thanks very much), prompt and professional calm environment, peaceful, so relaxing p.s. I've personally traveled all around the world, stayed at Ritz-Carltons, exclusive resorts, etc so my comments about the Coyote Mountain Lodge are based on years of experience in traveling the world, and visiting/staying at seven star hotels

actually, everything was so really well done, there's nothing "I didn't like" smaller room, however great value for an otherwise expensive exclusive area of Colorado

The location is very convenient to town. The rooms are quiet, basically soundproofed, newly renovated. They had everything I needed in the room. The bed was very comfortable as well.

I was a bit afraid as a solo female traveler to have the door open directly to the outside, but they have good locks and the environment was friendly with people sitting on their porch chairs enjoying the views. The continental breakfast was minimal.

I would use this location again. It is a great property in Estes that was above par for our needs. Breakfast is not a “hot breakfast” but it has so many options and was great for what we needed. The coffee machine was amazing. I asked for more blankets and towels and everything was provided to me promptly. It was 10/10 for location, it was easy to get to the grocery, Starbucks, gas stations, as well as RMNP. I will stay at this location again.

the big windows in our room had a wonderful view of the mountains, the room was well-air-conditioned while not too dry (partner and i get bloody noses with dryness), the place was clean. The hotel is a minute or two from the highway and 5 minutes from main town so we could eat locally (some awesome brunch places!!) and then leave right after breakfast the next morning without traffic issues. It’s about 15 minutes from the national park.

one window faced the pool and one window people walked by constantly (main floor) so we kept the windows shut for the majority of the stay

The room met our needs. The breakfast was almost all pre-packages items. We ate elsewhere.

The breakfast. Next door neighbors were smoking pot but surprisingly, they weren’t loud at bedtime and we a weren’t bothered by them which was unexpected. The person at check in wasn’t overly friendly, but I guess she did her job.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is easy to find, close to town & great price for the area. We arrived late in the evening & were greeted by a friendly front desk staff. We left early in the morning & expected to be out before the office opened. We were pleasantly surprised that staff was in & she had already started preparing breakfast.

Parking can be difficult later in the day.
