We loved our stay here! Only 4 min drive from one of the park entrances and 6 min from town. They had a very easy check in and check out system. They also were able to accommodate us with a pack n play and high chair for our 1 year old. It’s also located on a lovely little creek and the sound of the babbling water put us straight to sleep

Just two small things to be aware of if you have a infant/toddler. 1) our condo didn’t have a tub, just a shower, but we made do with a sink bath! 2) the shades are semi transparent, so the room stayed fairly light until sundown. Might be worth bringing your own blackout shades or tent!

Missy at the front desk was so great. She had a great attitude and a very hospitable nature. She welcomed us to the office and offered movies and fishing gear for free rental to enjoy during our stay. She was so memorable. The stay was great, we used the operable windows and sliding doors to keep the cabins cool and breezy during the month of July and the office offered free fans. The hot tub was in great condition and the shower and dishwashers all worked really well for us. The river was the biggest selling point and it did not disappoint. It was so awesome to stay by the river and hear it rushing. We waded in it, fished in it, and hiked alongside it. My wife sat on the deck chairs and enjoyed her coffee every morning along the riverbank. The smell of the pines tho. Christmas in the summer. My favorite place we’ve stayed.

The bear that ate my cousin. Jk. There was no bear. Lol.

Fantastic location to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, and the surroundings were very pretty. Staff were friendly, condo was spacious and clean, with TV and board games included which is great when travelling with friends. Ample amenities and facilities within the room to prepare food before and after a day of hiking.

The beds were good but sleeping was uncomfortable for some because of internal room temperatures. Our group slept in the lower floor bedroom, upper floor bedroom, and the sofa bed in the living room. Interestingly, the person at the sofa bed slept well, while those in the bedrooms struggled to sleep as it was too hot and then too cold at times and were more tired the day after than they’d liked. Great if staff can provide tips on how guests can manage this.

The location and set up was perfect. Very relaxing ambiance.

I would have given this condo a 10/10 if not for their uncomfortable bed. It dips down when lying down on it. Making it not very ergonomic for the back. Not a desirable situation especially after a long day hike. Unable to get a restful night because of it. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff was amazing and was able to overcome the horrible error made by Booking.com.

Booking.com really messed up our reservation. I had originally booked July 16-18. Then changed to June 25-27. I had a confirmation e-mail showing the new dates from Booking.com. But Booking.com NEVER INFORMED THE PROPERTY. So when we arrived, we really did not have a reservation. The staff at the property found a way to move things around so we could stay. Covering up the horrible mistake made by Booking.com

We stayed in a Creekside Suite and really loved it. The suite was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The location was very peaceful, with the river running through it. We also really appreciated the list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. Overall a fantastic stay!

Location was right next to the river and very close to the park. Views were gorgeous and we saw elk right behind our building. Easy to get into town and enjoyed our visit visit to Estes Park!

The road construction though we understand the need for it. It was a little inconvenient getting into the park and into town.

Great location just 3 miles from Rocky Mountain Park entrance. Quiet and relaxing in a wooded area near a flowing stream. Very homey, cabin-like feel. Great that it is 100% ADA acceptable including the raised toe kick. Great to have a working front desk to deal with check-in and check-out.

The place was great for our purpose. We were there for a wedding. I liked the two level area. The recliner was amazing. The creek in the back was great for fishing and only 3miles from Rocky Mountain State Park. The beds were comfy which is hard to find. I would definitely stay here again.

The fact they charged both rooms to my card when they were on different reservations.

Perfect location, not to close or fare from anything. Clean, staff friendly, perfect size and loved the little yard and creek out back.

Had trouble working hot tube but we also did not call for assistance so that is our fault. Otherwise it was perfect
