The location was wonderful - close to the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and also a short ride to downtown Estes. Check-in was efficient; the manager was friendly and helpful. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a small, full kitchen as well as plenty of space to relax. The outdoor space was tranquil and relaxing, with a bubbling stream, Adirondack chairs, a hammock for relaxing and also a gas grill for those who would like to cook outdoors.

The only thing that could have made this better would be an on-sight laundry facility......I believe the manager indicated that a laundry is going to be provided in the near future.

The property was located between Estes Park and RMNP which was an excellent location. I loved that we had a babbling river right outside our room and chairs to sit in by the River. I saw other units that had hammocks and porch swings. You couldn’t ask for anything better as far as the location and setting. We also saw wildlife while sitting by the river.

The rooms and furniture were a little dated. The couch was not very comfortable. The cleaning products they used had a strong odor and we had to air our room out. Thankfully the weather was perfect for that. We weren’t told at check in that there would be no cleaning service and had to call to find out what to do with our trash and request new towels.

Excellent location - close to RMNP entrance and close to Town of Estes Park. Grounds were well maintained and clean. I I had the queen cabin and that had plenty of room. Cabin was also very clean and had everything needed for a 6 night stay such as pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker. Even had new kitchen sponge, dish detergent, etc. We used the grill one evening and that worked out well. I have stayed some places that have a grill, but they were junk. This was a Weber grill that worked good. There is also nice hiking within walking distance. Peaceful property.

No complaints.

The location, adjacent to the river, was fantastic--and quite relaxing. Staff at check in was friendly. We were greeted by a large elk upon arrival the first day (but didn't see him after that). The kitchen area was well equipped with adequate silverware, glasses, plates, etc. Proximity to RMNP (Fall River Visitor Center) was also a plus.

Bed/bedding was adequate, but seemed a little small for a queen and the bedroom was a little cramped when compared to other places we have stayed. Furnishings were slightly outdated, but still nice. Lighting was inconsistent--different types of bulbs that emitted different colors of light as well as more than one fixture that flickered. Lack of daily housekeeping (apparently a temporary situation) was a little bit of a downer, but not a big deal since attention was available, if needed and requested. None of these were major issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would be glad to return.

The property is few miles from Rocky Mountain entrance, and right at the streamside of the Fall River in the forest, where Deers, Squirrels, small animals from the forest are coming for a nice visit to your house! Really nice and relaxing place O:) Our apartment was in a well-maintained separate garden. It was a studio type: spacy bedsitting room with a nice fireplace and full kitchen, had a separate bathroom, toilette, garderobe, and a separate balcony in the garden, all nice kept and maintained. The owner is a nice man, who takes care for everything around, helpful with good advice for Rocky Mountain visit and Dever airport travel.

There was no breakfast service option at the property.

The staff seemed to care alot about the property and the people staying. While the cabins were dated, there were many signs the staff were trying to make you as comfortable as possible, nice soaps, nice blankets, hot tub on the deck of our cabin was newer and very clean.

The cabin was dated, new carpet, light switch and plug covers, fresh coat of paint inside would go a long way! The floor was sinking a bit in places, but not an alert (just yet). New doors or refinished doors would be great too. With that said, it's obvious the staff cared about the property as while it felt dated, it felt cared for aswell.

What breakfast? We were not informed. We liked the peaceful feeling, surrounded by the trees and huge hammock to gaze at the sky.

Dangerous platform where the bed was located. Not marked so when you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night....Beware! Also all the internet pictures show a stream by your cabin....not!!! You must request that when booking and it costs more. Also no dishwasher in our unit so the manager said to leave the dirty dishes. Fine by me. Oh and no hand bars in the shower bathtub...not safe enough for my husband.

The small touches, such as silverware, dishes, cookware, and other kitchen appliances being clean and available made me wish to stay longer to utilize them. The location was phenomenal, being just 5 minutes outside of downtown Estes Park, but far enough away to not have any traffic noise or other activity noises made for a comfortable night. And for people like me who can't sleep a wink without a fan, they had one in the room already!

Truly, there was not many negatives for our stay. It would have been nice to be able to use the pool, but truly, not the reason we picked the location. So no loss there! I can see parking being an issue in the busier times of the year, as we ran out of spots during our stay, and had to utilize unmarked space.

Spacious areas around each cabin. Well equipped kitchen. Clean, beautiful landscape and green areas.

The fold up sofa bed was not very comfortable. We ended up laying its mattress on the floor. Much better. Last item, the toilet was to close to the wall on one side of the bathroom and that’s where the paper dispenser was also mounted. It was workable but rather a unique issue we have never encountered before. We are normal size folks and fit. 😊

Streamside on FAll River was excellent from check-in to check-out. Location was superb. Out of town and secluded and quiet. We expecially liked the fact that housekeeping never entered our cabin. Trash and used towels were left on the porch each morning and a new set of towels in a plastic bag were left. The grounds and the river made for a enjoyable and relaxing vacaation. Love this resort and would return in the future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
