The balcony was fantastic! We spent a lot of time taking in the river view and watching the humming birds that live in the pines fly around. The drive into town is short and easy ~ 2 miles. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit of a pain on some nights, but we did always manage to find a spot. The shower took a while to heat up, but it did eventually and was fine. Only one small trashcan for the entire room.

our suite was located next to a creek with beautiful running water. the sound was so relaxing. The property was immaculate and very welcoming with outdoor grills, lots of comfortable chairs and fire pits for smoking cigars or roasting marshmallows. the receptionist was very helpful with dinner suggestions “ Bird & Jim” delicious a must visit. also she gave us pointers on touring the RMNP which was a big help. she even helped me order tickets for our entry.

it was close to the little 2 lane road “highway”, but located perfectly next to the stream and only 3 miles from the larks entrance and maybe 1 1/2 mills from the center of Estes Park.

The location on the river is just what we wanted. The property is beautiful with the natural rocks, trees and flowers. The exterior of the lodging is well maintained and free of trash.

The room was smaller than expected and the counter is to small to prepare a simple snack. The room did not feel secure with its old and worn doors. There is too much furniture for the space. The bathroom is very small and there is no place to set personal items also no hooks for clothing.

This was one of our favorite stays! Not only was the staff very helpful and kind but the room was great! We loved how the room was always at a cozy temperature and if you wanted to use the fireplace it was there at your leisure. The balcony also had great views and the location was perfect! I spent hours looking around for the perfect, affordable hotel and I can assure you that if you pick this hotel you won’t be disappointed. We are planning another trip to colorado in the summer and will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend! :)

Everything was great!

I loved the this place. We come to Estes Park every October and this was by far my favorite place that we have stayed. The suite that we stated in had enough space and the bathroom was HUGE. We really enjoyed the fire rings and my youngest son really enjoyed the light show.

If there was one thing that I could complain about would be that the master bedroom and the "sofia bed room" is all one big room. So if you have someone with you that sleeps on the sofia bed you literally have to battle TV volumes because the TVs are back to back only seperated by the fireplace and there is no door to close to not hear one another.

The room was so nice and clean. The location in proximity to the park and town is fantastic and it is a quiet place to stay.

The TV in our room was finicky and didn’t work half the time. We asked for help, they told us to unplug it and plug it back in but the plug is super difficult to get to. We managed but it was frustrating. The bed was also super uncomfortable and hard. It was a bummer because everything else was so relaxing and comforting but the bed. we got two nights of restless sleep and woke up in pain.

oh my goodness, everything about this stay was absolutely amazing. The Inn on Fall River Cabins will definitely be my boyfriend and i’s new favorite place. We will 100% be coming back. We had the Jupiter Cabin, with two fireplaces, one wood and one electric. A jacuzzi tub with a snowy mountain window view inside and a private hot tub, bbq, and table on our patio. WE LOVED IT. The decor was absolutely adorable, the soaps, towels, robes, were all super nice, smelt good, and overall everything was great. We’ve stayed in many very nice hotels and cabins, and this private retreat we had was one of the best. Having two TV’s, one by the couch and one by the bed with Netflix on both was awesome! To say the least we very pleased with our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends. The iPad in the room was the best part! being able to self check in, and check out, with very helpful front desk assistance all through digital access. Thank you guys so much!

N/A everything was perfect

We upgraded to a stream suite easily and it was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the see through fire place was very nice. I also loved the coffee set up in the room.

We upgraded to the stream suite so we could utilize the whirlpool tub. Unfortunately when we filled the tub and upon turning it on, there was debri expelled from the jets. We ran it for awhile then drained it to try again. Unfortunately it happened again. It seems from lack of use from other guests and perhaps the jets have not been cleaned in some time.

The cabin was beautiful and the property was great.But the cabin was very clean, full of amenities, and worth the stay. It would have also been nice to know that the check in would be done via text. It didn’t mention that on the booking app. But once I knew that it was a simple check in and checkout process. Would recommend

My only concerns where that the bed and pillows were horribly stiff and not comfortable.

We love the fireplace and the fact that they provide firewood on site- they had it waiting for us in our cabin! I would however recommend brining your own fire starters as theirs are not very helpful. The view of the river is delightful and the cabin is adorable. We also love being able to use any streaming service so we can enjoy any movie we would like before bed! This was our second stay and we plan on continuing to return every time we make it out to Colorado.
