Newly remodeled very nicely. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Loved the hand soap and bath products. Loved the books in the room as well as having a cooler available for us in our room. That was very handy

Even though you have 2 properties within a mile of each other they should each have their own amenities for each hotel separately unless they both have the same amenities which they don’t. The included continental breakfast was at the other location so we would have to get in our car and travel?? That cuts into our vacation time. We didn’t go for the breakfast at all. We paid for breakfast which we thought was included at our hotel. Also our hotel didn’t have an ice machine. We could use the provided cooler but there was no ice to put in there. We were told we could go to the other hotel and they would fill it. I also did not feel our bed was the best but not bad. He said they were new so maybe there was something wrong with the way it was set up.

The room was very nice. Appeared to be recently updated. There was a pool, but did not appear to be open during our stay. Wished for a kuerig or regular coffee pot in the room instead of electric pot and instant coffee. The staff were very friendly amd helpful. Conveniently located to all the activities in Estes Park and to the Ricky Mountain national park.

Highly recommend Trailborn for the Rocky Mountain experience with a boutique hotel feel nestled in this amazing location close to Estes Park! The market with tasty refreshments was amazing and the outdoor patio and fire pit added great ambiance to our stay :). This hotel is dog-friendly with walkability to Estes Park and the hotel is fully renovated.

I had a fantastic stay at Trailborn! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, perfect location, and lots of fun activities to choose from. Will definitely be back!

I had a terrible experience here. I booked a family suite one month in advance through booking.com to secure the suite for the price I paid. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room. The front desk staff blamed booking.com for the mistake and demanded an additional $1,000 to get the room I originally booked, which felt like a scam. They wanted me to pay the rate for a same-day booking instead of honoring my original reservation. The staff had a terrible attitude, constantly blaming booking.com and me for their error. IT’S ALL ABOUT A CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE; IT’S LIKE I OWE THEM AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. It took them 90 minutes to figure it out. I was not informed the entire time and had to go back to check with them in person. This delay ruined my entire plan and day. After waiting 90 minutes, they finally honored the room, but their attitude remained terrible. There was no apology whatsoever the entire time. Additionally, there was construction on the road overnight which was very disturbing. I couldn’t sleep until 1 AM because of the construction noise. As a single Asian female who travels alone and with an elderly woman, I felt like they thought they could take advantage of me or bully me. It felt like I was being discriminated against as a minority. In this day and age, I can’t believe there is still scam and discrimination going on in tourist attractions. What a shame.
