We stayed in the River Bend Villa. It was BEAUTIFUL, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the river!!! My friend and I joined other travelers at a fire pit next to the river and enjoyed sharing travel stories. That night, I slept with the windows in my bedroom open to the calming sound of the river below. AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!!

There was nothing to dislike.

Family suite was very comfortable and clean. Very close to downtown Estes Park.

I want to preface by saying we were accommodated and everything went great, but we were asked to leave our first room because we had an infant with us. The booking website should say more clearly that certain cabins do not allow children.

The room, staff, comfort, and cleanliness of the space were fantastic. Was a great deal for the location and comfort of the room! Very knowledgeable staff who could tell us all about the town and where all the good stuff was. Recommended great things to do and places to eat that did not disappoint! Overall would definitely stay again!

As soon as we walked into the suite, it immediately smelled clean and fresh. It was very well kept and felt very homey/cozy. We had some great conversations with the owner Jay, who was very kind and had some great recommendations. It was overall one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! Perfect location, clean, and amazing staff all around.

I am answering to questions as if I was able to travel to The Landing, Estes Park. The Landing staff was very good to work with. Very, very disappointed in working with Booking.com.

I tried to communicate with Booking.com but to no avail - we moved our complete reservation from June 21 - 23 to June 27-30. First Reservation was 2 nights and extended it on the second reservation to three nights. Since we booked with Booking.com then extended with The Landing they took over complete reservation, however only collected for third night only.

The location was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel was great. Very comfortable and the chairs on the porch and fire pit was a great addition after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in 5 different hotels and by far this is the one we wish we had stayed longer in.

I cannot think of anything that we did not like

James and his lady took care of the place as if it was their own. They never left us needing anything at all. The place was spotless and the facilities manicured. We are already talking about our trip back to the Landing.

Wifi was not great and we would have liked to cast Netflix, etc. from our devices to the TV in the room.

Location great for Rocky mOUNTAIN National Park. Resort is stunning, on the river. we had the Mills room and it was fantastic. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Staff was great at check in.

maybe some basic kitchen utensils could be offered since there is a small kitchenette, but we managed without.

Loved the ease of access with the key codes, easy parking, the fridge/microwae/coffee, the big bathroom, comfortable bed and quiet.

Very strong cleaning smell for the first two days, but would rather have it clean than not. Construction going on until 930pm the first night I was there but hopefully will be done soon.

Great location near the entrance of RMNP. Loved the deck that overlooked the river. Beautiful grounds, comfortable room, slept with the sliding doors open to enjoy the cool air and the sound of the River. Friendly front desk staff.
