Accommodations were amazing. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, hotel amenities (pool and roof top) are very nice, added bonus for the happy hour/snacks, free bikes to use, breakfast that was included at Rhett was delicious, Great location, on-site concierge was very helpful in suggesting sights to see.

Feel /decor of lobby - staff greeting - happy hour drink at check in - bottle for water - gift bag given - access to filtered water and ice in hallway. size of room and decor.

I really prefer a coffee maker in the room when traveling on business - wake early want to have a coffee and get work done without having to get dressed and go to ground floor for coffee. Temperature controls in room off - could not get it right- shower temp took forever to get to hot water. Wifi -- just give pass code. Restaurant closes so early.

The hotel has a cool vibe. Location great and service was especially good. Yolanda was so quick to help me get a hair stylist for a wedding last minute. Pool was nice.

In room phone wasn’t working and there was no closet to hang our formal attire, no iron or ironing board. There is a little nook that could be made into a small closet.

Quick stop in Savannah and this property didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful, clean, location is great, staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you book the trolley thru the hotel they discount the cost and the trolley company will come pick you up at the hotel property. Wine and cookies in the afternoon and coffee and snacks in the morning were really nice. Pool area is small but my kids loved it and the pool bar was open on a Friday until 6pm. Rhett restaurant was also very good! Would definitely stay here again.

Hubby said it was a little loud at night. Could hear people in the hallway and live music down by the riverfront properties. We slept with a noise machine on and my daughters and I slept thru everything.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was in an excellent location near restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Loved the window seat in the room.

Water on the 1st floor of the hotel would have been appreciated.

The hotel lobby is beautiful ❤️I also loved the window seat and hardwood floors. The banana's fosters french toast was phenomenal!!!!

There was blood on the bathroom wall but I cleaned off with Clorox wipes. One of the lights on the bed was not working.

Perfect location! Very clean and My family and I are in love with the vintage theme! Also, Loveeee having two king size beds and the chrome cast in the massive TV which allowed us to connect right from our phones and watch anything we wanted just like at home!! Internet wifi speed top notch, I had to work for a couple hours while I was there and had not one single issue connecting or with the speed. I also love their refill water stations with options from ambient, cold and sparkling water, more hotels should adapt this concept. And last but not least, we loved the staff. From the night we arrived and up until we left, everyone was very kind and gave us plenty of suggestion on what to do and where to go as it was our first time in Savannah. Would absolutely book this place again next time we’re Savannah.

Loved the water options on the floors. Had drinks and food on rooftop it was very good. Loved use of bicycles.

No closets. Low toilets. Lot of noise from hallways until very late every night.

The location was perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and precautions for COVID were taken seriously by staff. The environmentally friendly reusable water bottles were a plus with sparkling or still water options. The daily happy hour with fresh baked cookies were delicious. My only comment was the valet parking was pricey at $45 a night versus $25 for a public lot but it felt safer to keep the car parked with the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Savannah!
