The only complaint I have is the TV and internet service provided. The TV system was difficult to figure out. The staff person did help but then I discovered that the channel offering was limited and only provide channels with lots of commercials. Also, there was no way to tell what was playing on the channels. You had to click into each and wait thru the commercials to tell what was playing and then you had to guess what show it was. I finally got so frustrated that I tried logging into the internet so I could watch shows on my computer only to discover I had to pay for internet with enough bandwidth to play video. I would have paid but it was already late in the evening and figured I would not get my money's worth so I just read a book. The staff was not very familiar with the internet serve or the TV service.

Offer a better selection of TV channels with a way to see what is on the chancels. Train staff on these services

Your shuttle driver is super nice, tells us about the history of Mayo, where to eat, what activities are available with movies and such. The one who worked second shift during our stay was really nice too, signing us up for the shuttle or getting an extra pillow. The head housekeeper was super nice as well.. You have some good employees there.

We took advantage of the underground parking which we were happy to use as the area above ground was very full. The breakfast was a great way to start off our day and we had a nice variety to choose from. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends needing to stay in the Rochester area.

Would recommend to have a tall toilet in the rooms. Or I would need to request a handicapped room for my next visit. Other wise I was very happy with the room.

Home2 Suites was a wonderful base for our time in Rochester. The proximity to the Zumbro river trail was great for morning runs. The breakfast offered a good amount of choices, with healthy and hearty options. A big plus was the pool. Not only was it warm, the opening hours are long, which is great for families. The staff was fantastic too. Additional kudos to Alan who jumped in to help guests wherever possible, and always with a smile and kind word.

On the weekend the underground parking fills quickly and the spaces can be a bit tight for big SUVs. Also the elevator is quite loud to the point you can hear the ding inside your room as it arrives on each floor.

The staff was amazing. I will stay here every time I come to Rochester. We were there for a hockey tournament and everything was perfect. They had enough room in the lobby to congregate as a group. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The heated parking garage was also a bonus!!!!

Don’t book through Booking.com!!! They had my reservation wrong, but the staff Was able to switch if for me. The rates are the same, if not cheaper by calling the hotel directly.

It was nice having the breakfast a available so early because our daughter's first appointment at Mayo was at 7:30. We were also able to get a late check out so we could come back between her appointments and she could rest. Another nice thing was that they let us come back late in the afternoon, after we had checked out, so we could tube feed her in the breakfast area. We had to heat her meal up and our daughter felt comfortable in that space. Kudos to the staff!

The Only thing we had an issue with, was the shower door kept rolling open when we were in the shower.

Breakfast was awesome. Hotel was very clean. Underground parking was an added bonus. Is located very close to restaurants and shopping mall. Treated Duke (family dog) very well also. Kids loved the pool!

The hot tub wasn't working for the first 2 days, but you could tell the hotel was doing everything they could to get it running as soon as possible. Not really a big negative. Sometimes the desk staff seemed indifferent , but remained very helpful. Said the right things but lacked any emotion. Again not a big neg.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the staff. Really enjoyed the accommodations. Although we were not there for a Mayo event. If we ever were or had friends that were. I will aggressively recommend it. Benefits beyond what I've already recommended. Underground safe place to store car and the shuttle that makes all of Rochester accessible.

We love staying here. Staff is always friendly. Clean rooms and pool. Breakfast has so many great options. It is close to several restaurants and the views on the river side are amazing. They have bikes you can borrow and take to Enjoy the city.

The breakfast was great! And I loved that there was parking under the building for the hotel guests.

There isn’t much I can say I didn’t like, maybe that the bed could have been a liiiiiittle more comfortable?
