The room was very clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The daily breakfast was most appreciated and was very good. The facility is a close walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is excellent.

The only downside for us was perhaps the parking garage. While it is nice to have our car out of the elements, the parking spaces are a little tight.

I had a special request and whoever fulfilled it went absolutely above and beyond. Every staff member I encountered was exceptional. The underground parking is a definite perk and worth the upgrade.

There were a few things that could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was tidy. I wasn't a huge fan of the shower being open the way it was. I froze each morning. We did have an issue with the people in the room above us who were obviously pogo stick enthusiasts or people that let their kids jump from one end of the room to the other all night. But that is hardly the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was okay for a Rochester Minnesota hotel. Security system for elevators (must use key card) was VERY reassuring. STAFF was pleasant from the desk folks to the cleaning and breakfast prep people.

TV was incredibly complicated. It took real work just to watch the local TV news or to watch JEOPARDY on a regular channel. I could not figure out how to use the kitchenette microwave, and I have had microwaves for many years.

Everything was new and nice, friendly staff, great fitness room, fine morning buffet (had everything needed), great laundry room, free coffee 24-7 in the lounge, drinking water in bottles as needed, peaceful and quiet, great wifi, well-equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher.

No complaints at all - best hotel stay I've ever had.

Property was one block from Mayo Clinic, a short walk, shuttles available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Loved the decor. Small kitchen, desk, and dining table. The breakfast is excellent and nice when you are on the go for medical appointments. underground indoor parking- $15 per day. Loved this hotel, will stay again if we need to return.

The rooms were clean! We also enjoyed that there were healthy options for breakfast. I enjoyed some oatmeal and a banana.

The only thing that did not impress me was the fact the when I checked in, and when I came down to ask a question, employees at the front desk were on their phone both times. Look, I'm only 40 so I understand being on your phone but at a job, it's NOT very professional. It made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. A guest should be a priority.

for a more complete welcome, explain to guests that in parking area the slots are numbered…but are not reserved… The air conditioner in room rattles. my husband leaned a chair against it to quiet it.

I liked how efficient the staff was when we told them our AC was not working in the room when we checked in. They swapped our room with another.

Just that the AC in our original room was not working. It was 11pm already and we had a 4-hour drive to make it to Rochester that night. We were exhausted.

incredible location, modern yet cozy rooms, and wonderful staff. The bed was so comfortable, views immaculate, and the room was spotless. My wife and I stayed for our first wedding anniversary and the staff was truly incredible as they upgraded us rooms and left us with a pleasant bag of cookies and water. Thanks, Cody!

The room was awesome! Very clean and roomy with everything we could need, even down to the tiny little salt & pepper shakers.

Breakfast was ok. Eggs were crusty and old. Sausage was terrible - just super cheap and nasty tasting. Muffins were ok at best.
