Coffee, bacon, hot chocolate, waffles. Water bottles The omlette things were good part of the time. We were there 7 days. Clean, friendly staff, good location, very helpful!

Omlette things were hard, overcooked at times. Cereals mostly sugary, and the bins look like the cereal had been in there a long time. Pillows were bad! They are lumpy flat. We both missed firmer pillows. The bed was ok, but not as supportive or comfortable as we like.

The breakfast is advertised as starting at 6:AM, but the staff, aware of their guests needs such as construction workers leaving at 6:AM, have breakfast ready at 5:AM. That tells me that they are truly concerned about their guests. Also, they have incredibly honest hotel housekeeping staff. I brought an old Amazon Firestick with me hoping to connect it and stream some preferred shows. Unfortunately my Firestick was defective so I tossed it in the trash. The next day when I returned to the hotel room, the staff had pulled it out of the trash and neatly left it on the counter. You don’t find that kind of honesty in the majority of places. I will be returning as long as I am working at OSU.

The room was comfortable and kept clean & neat. The location was convenient. Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the complimentary lunch items they had out for us. I would say it is a good fit for a family that is traveling, affordable yet decent accommodations.

My room had several cracked tiles in the entry & bathroom area. Also the floor over by the wardrobe was noticeably worn out where the padding under the laminate floor was apparently sunken. But those were really minor issues. Not enough to really raise a fuss about.

We were happy to stay there. Great location, free parking and clean bed - everything we need. The breakfast buffet is quite varied. Also there's option to buy essentials on the lobby zone. The staff was friendly

It seems to me that we generally do not have very high requirements for hotels, because we fully satisficed with this stay. There's just one thing I'd like to have - opening windows.

Clean, safe, good breakfast options, nice pool but cold

Only issue was one day a group with lots of kids checked in and were on the 1st floor. Then said there was an A/C issue so they were moved to the 2nd floor, directly above me. So the remainder of my stay it was like a herd of elephants above me well Into the night. I did mention it to the desk agent who said the day shift clerk had moved them up there. I got no rest after that. And the back door keys stopped working one day so we had to park around front and use that door, while we were at the end of the hallway as we asked to be because I have a titanium leg. The doors slam so easy and people didnt bother trying to easily shut them any time.

Clean rooms and pool area, friendliness of staff, convenient parking spaces, close to restaurants and shopping centers

We stayed for 2 nights and both nights there was a guest door being slammed for hours every 10 minutes, just down the hall from our room. It was the worst noise and even after complaining, it kept happening. Third floor negative.

It was very convenient to the activities we had planned and restaurants. Room was big and spacious!

The pool was super small and no hot tub :( We could see a couple of the employees in the back room (door was open) by the breakfast buffet eating while we were getting our food. We were looking for croissants to eat, but saw them being eaten by the employees😂

We drove to the hotel after our visit to the local zoo. We were exhausted and needed to put up our feet and relax. The room was clean and well taken care of. Extra blankets to keep my wife warm.

I would have liked to have stayed longer, but I had to go back to work. Leaving the hotel meant that my vacation with my wife was coming to and end.

The breakfast was great and had a good variety of foods. The staff was very nice and it was not an issue to get extra pillows, blankets, etc. The lobby, hallways, and room were clean. It was quiet.

The mattresses were ok, and the pillows weren't that great. The elevator was small.

This visit was very pleasant. The size of the room was perfect and the hotel staff not only allowed me to extend my stay an extra night, but provided late check-out due to flight departure delays. I would stay here again!

It would have been nice to have a rug in the room instead of just hardwood floors as the floor was cold.
