The room was very clean, good shower pressure, AC worked great. Appreciated the laminate floor- so much cleaner than carpeting. The 3 bed room was nice for the family- nobody had to share.

It didn’t look appealing from the outside- but our room was large, clean, and comfortable on the inside. It was one of the last rooms available in the entire town- and the price reflected that. Other guests were hanging outside and on the balconies late in the evening- I didn’t enjoy walking past them to unload my car.

The family room was perfect for us rather than have two rooms we were all together, and the location is perfect also, stayed in Grants Pass for Boatnik then drive to the beautiful Oregon Coast for a day trip the following morning. I wish that I could give them a 1,000 star rating. Not to mention the owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome, we definitely will stay again when in town.

The wasn't a thing to not like.

We had a nice and quiet night. We were in a family unit, which had 3 queen beds, and it was perfect for my family of two adults and two teens. It’s located right off the highway, and easily found.

It was a little warm in the room, but I never tried to turn on the air or open the window, so that’s my fault.

The whole process of checking in. We got there early and the lady said the room was ready and we wouldn’t have to wait until 3.

There was a mess on the ceiling. Other then that it was great.

The room was very spacious, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room got very dark at night.

Looks pretty beat up on the outside, but the inside is very nice.

Room was clean and nicely decorated with modern furniture and comfortable bed. I like the fact that it had laminate floors instead of the usual sketchy hotel carpet. It was quiet even though it was on a busy road.

Room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach, which did irritate my throat a bit. Parking lot level window opened, which is a bonus, but didn't lock. I realized this in the morning while getting ready to leave.

Very friendly staff. The parking is illuminated and it feels safe all night. The room was spacious and exactly as in the pictures.

Clean, decor lovely, comfortable chair to watch TV, plus solid TV table, refrigerator and coffee machine provided with coffee for two. Four pillows and wonderful bed. Soap, shampoo, & Hair Conditioner provided.

People upstairs were very heavy footed. Sounded like a herd of elephants were stampeding ip there, but thankfully, the3so ol n went to bed and we fell asleep. Only lasted 10 minutes but the ceiling seems to need sound proofing.

Looks like they freshened up the room. Room was spacious and had extra seating. Microwave, mini-fridge, iron, & coffee pot/supplies included.

We paid a premium because of the season and lack of options. In my real world, I wouldn’t pay over $160 for this room.

Room was clean. Everything worked. Just needed more coffee in the room because there was none offered in the office.

They were working on the pool so that wasn’t available. Nothing available for breakfast. No fruit or muffins prepackaged or coffee.
