I appreciated the lady at the front desk and the head housekeeper making sure I had what we needed and to make sure when to clean the room. The breakfasts were always hot and on time. I wish there was an alternative to port products as I am allergic to them. So most mornings it was limited for me..

much higher cost than when we stayed in December. Need more disabled parking. maybe move the ones used for something else changed.

Great location, super comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! It was the staff that won it for me hands down. Friendly and welcoming, they made me feel so comfortable. especially since I was traveling solo. I had to stay an extra night due to the weather and they extended my stay with no problem and I was able to stay in my room. The breakfast was amazing as well. I will be back soon!

The guests of the unit upstairs. Really loud. Not the hotels fault though they said they would go talk to them but I declined.

The location is right off the I-5. Parking was ok. Lot was a bit small. Breakfast was great and everything was kept well stocked. I really appreciated Almond milk being available. There is no elevator, and only two floors, so people with disabilities should request a first floor room. Pool was small but was in great shape and the pool area was cozy. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

The breakfast in our opinion was poor. There was very little choice and not enough healthy options. The majority of cereal included sugar, there was very little fresh fruit or healthy yoghurts. I also felt like the guests didn't follow the pool rules and staff did not enforce them either. People were eating, drinking, diving and even brought their dog

Pet friendly. They give your dog a welcome package at check in. Their limit on dogs is two dogs per stay. We had three small dogs and they made an exception. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is near a river.

Our room had the bathroom sink in the sleeping area. That caused some loss of privacy while shaving and brushing teeth. I prefer to do that behind a closed door without an audience.

Very pet friendly… very clean… food was good… staff was friendly…. The beds are the best!!!

Limited grass for dogs… I had poop bags with me, but I think if they allow dogs, they should have posts with dog bags. I picked up a lot of dog poop that wasn’t my dogs. There’s a park across the street, but I was a little uncomfortable safety wise

I especially liked how pleasant and helpful the staff were. Not only the front staff but cleaners were also very pleasant. I had to carry my bags up the stairs (which I didn't like, since I am a senior) and both the front staff at reception and other staff walking by offered to carry my bags upstairs (which I declined).

The location was a bit further out than expected. I also wish I had known there was no elevator as I would then have requested a first floor room prior to my arrival.

Great location. There was another closer to friends we were visiting, but this location was prettier. Breakfast was always good, the staff was wonderful.

Power outage and having the main phone routed to our room. Not anyone's fault but not nice at 4:30 AM.

This little hotel is very good at what it does -- provide a clean, functional, welcoming space with a very nice location at the beginning of a 7 mile green belt path along the Rogue River.

The promotional copy about river and mountain views promised a little more than delivered. But otherwise, for the money there was nothing not to like.

Location was great and felt very safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel was nicely updated, clean and had very pretty local artwork.

The bathroom setup was a little awkward and hard to use with the coffee pot on the counter. Also the pillows were not great.
