Almost everything. The staff were very welcoming and took their time providing me with information I needed The location is exceptionally good. You're a few steps away from Roslyn Metro station, and also a few steps away from Key bridge. My room had a beautiful view on the Potomac river and Georgetown. The room was clean, and equiped with good toiletries. There's a parking in the hotel. Is a little expensive, but this is Washington, and if you're planning to use the metro you can leave your car in for 30$ a day. I highly recommend the metro over driving. It's a lot faster and easier than driving your own car

The are a few issues that I wish were better. The room service need more follow-up. Even though the room in general was clean, but their work is not quite thorough especially in the bathroom. The are no slippers or bath robe in the room

I was very surprised by the hotel. It was like a micro hotel but not really. The room was small but actually perfect size. I am sure they have larger rooms, I just didn't book one. Quality bathroom shampoo, body wash etc.... clean room, VERY friendly front desk staff. I will definitely book again when I come back to DC. It was cheaper than booking in DC and only a short Uber ride from the hotel to the city! I love this place

I wish there was a phone in the room so I could call for room service. It was actually hard to find out more info about the restaurant online. So I ordered food. Also this hotel does not have an all day bar. If you want a drink you will have to wait for the restaurant to open. Not a big deal but just wanted to share this. Lots of bars near by (5 min walk).

Location was excellent. Was there for Arlington business but it’s a great walk over the Potomac River to quaint Georgetown for fun restaurants and shops. Breakfast starts earlier than some other hotels; great for early morning business. Staff at registration was always friendly. Great coffee in room.

Amuse staff could use some extra help in evening; but the dinner was really good. Had a nice rosé wine.

I was traveling with a car full of boxes and luggage, and I needed a hotel with an affordable, secure indoor garage to park my car. Meridien Arlington offers a safe indoor garage for $20 a day .

The hotel lobby is located on the building’s fourth floor. To get to your room, you must take an elevator to the 4th floor first and switch to another elevator to get to your room’s floor.

This location was perfect for sightseeing in DC, since it is extremely close to the Rosslyn metro station. The area was clean and quiet and felt very safe. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful in response to all of our questions. Our hotel room was upgraded to one with a view of the Washington monument and the Potomac, which was a delightful surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the hotel.

WiFi access is extremely expensive unless you sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy program and are given an access code (they did not make this clear at the time we checked in, so I had to sign up for the program later and ask them to waive the WiFi fees). Several of the bathroom fixtures weren't quite functioning correctly (the tub stopper and the sink stopper both had issues). Also, the food available is high-priced (typical of this kind of hotel) but the menu is quite limited, especially as far as grab-and-go breakfast items and snacks or appetizers.

I like the room and staff. They were pleasant and helpful. I liked the view from the hotel room. The restaurants happy hour was a nice feature.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller in our corner king. There was no fan or ventilator in the bathroom. The rooms do not feature microwaves. The elevators. 3 sets of elevators from parking garage to lobby to room. Hotel parking is not included in hotel charges but is an additional cost as you enter and exit the garage each time.

Great location for the Metro into the main tourist sights and museums of Washington. Excellent room, very comfortable and well presented.

Great breakfast but evening dinner menu is limited and food is just acceptable. We had dinner here one evening. Shared starter, two main courses plus a bottle of reasonably ok wine came to over $160 dollars for food that was ok but nothing special at all. Pricey but par for the course in the area, which has very few alternative restaurants.

The location was great! The front Desk booked us at the 12th floor overlooking WDC. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved it!

The elevator from the 4th floor has a long wait due to mechanical issues.

the elevator system was so annoying and confusing I asked for higher level room with view and I paid for the upgrade but still got 7th floor and with no view

excellent location. Convenient several stops on metro to the Mall area lots of restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. nice building, very reasonable bed, bathroom and rooom. generally clean and the bedding was clean.

the main problem was temperature control. You had to call an engineer to set temperature int he room. The heating system is fairly loud and did not really control the temperature that well. The room was either hot or cold ( that was in November, during heating season)
