The hotel is a few minutes from the old town, in the convention/Messe centre's area. Free parking is offered with a certain capacity limit (get your luck!). Service at the reception is good and the room is well-equipped, modern and spacious.

Cleaning service is most likely to be re-evaluated by the hotel management. The worst case was that the water glasses were not changed and were most likely rinsed with a few drops. Traces of the content (juice) from the previous occupant were clearly visible on both glasses, fingers print, and lips ... According to all marks found around the bathroom, the previous occupant had a child.

Parking in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms cozy, comfortable and quiet. Not many guests and even more quiet than usual. Due to the pandemic, no usual buffet breakfast. Still, good variety of food. Cold meat, cheese, jam and rolls/bread were brought to the table. The lobby bar closed in the evenings; due to current situation. Will definitely come again.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I wish I would've gotten their names to just say how much I appreciated them. Close to public transportation. The hotel was very accommodating for our dog as well. There was a great little spot just in the back of the hotel where I could take my dog to play fetch. This was a great start to every day!

Maybe a little more space (like a dresser with drawers) in the room for arranging our belongings, but everything worked out. Outside benches could be nice too.

We cancelled our airbnb, due to some poor comments. So at the last minute we decided on this property, it was easy to get to by bus, and was clean, comfortable and also quiet. And the staff were really helpful. It is about 15 minutes from Central Station by bus. And the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Bar wasn't open as advertised on the Tuesday.

It was an awesome huge room with a mountain view. There were plenty of shower gels, conditioners, and even a comb. A couple of free water bottles were also very nice to have. It unexpectedly turned out that there are some free parking places at the hotel, so didn't have to pay for the parking.

The mattress should be replaced, it already has cavities in the places where people usually sleep. In terms of Salzburg the place is somewhat far from the city centre.

The Wi-Fi was weak in the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor. However, when my daughter had a zoom meeting the receptionist was very kind and gave her a convenient place to sit

Nice room, excellent breakfast. Location was great. My friends, for whom I booked, liked their stay very much. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

Not very much space for parking, but there is plenty parking space around the fairground, just a bit longer to walk. The additional payment for the dog was a bit much. The wardrobes are rather small for hanging up dresses.

Max, the receptionist went above and beyond to help me after I made a mistake in my booking. I had originally booked for the wrong night, but he was very kind and walked me through the process of making the necessary changes in order to be able to get to my room very late in the day. His efforts are greatly appreciated.

Good location, friendly and welcoming hotel staff. We had a comfortable night at the hotel.

The parking process is little complicated. The basement parking is closed permanently, however there is no sign. so unless you notice, you might drive down and have to drive backwards to come back to the ground level.
