Good location, clean rooms, plenty of food at breakfast

No toothpaste/brushes and slippers , 4-star hotels are supposed to have them in the rooms, but not make guests ask for them.

The hotel is in a shopping/business area located in the city surrounding, with several sport stores and at least one small shopping center, with a big toy store (kids loved it), but is not so close to downtown. We stopped only for one night on the way back home, so we did not care about visiting the downtown. Rooms were big enough, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was professional and helpful. We had dinner at restaurant and it was ok, but there might be better options around the hotel, depending on the time and the will to walk or drive around. It was quite cold and dark so we preferred to dine in the hotel. Parking is available in the hotel yard, and there are quite many places available. Pets are welcome. The view from Hotel is beautiful, but i guess that is same from any Hotel in Innsbruck as city is almost surrounded by mountains.

Spacious room with good facilities. Beautiful view looking over the Alps. Decent breakfast.

Only one charging point for non tesla EV. One car parked there for almost 24 hours despite only short use. Disrupted our travel plans for the following day. Hotel should place a sign board to ask customers to move their EV once charged.

Friendly and competent bartender. Good value for money as long as you don't expect much and you know the drawbacks (below)

The electric charging spot argument was a bit of a joke. Extremely hard to park next to it, one small socket delivering 4 or 5kw. Business hotel : expect busses full of tourists disembarking at any time ; also the location is right on the Commercial area. Not at all close to Innsbruck. Parking outside, small places. Strict minimum for a 4* hotel.

I really appreciate the nice and helpful staff members. Also, the place is really convenient, not too far from the highway, yet reasonably quiet. Plenty of parking space, also available Tesla chargers next to the hotel are awesome for EV owners. Breakfast was really rich, I was missing nothing. +++ Incredible views

Quite far to walk to the city centre, yet you could use public transport for that. Air conditioning was not possible to adjust, but in the end, it was comfortable enough. We had our balcony too close to another apartment one, the neighbours were smoking and our hotel service left our window opened in the meantime so we had our room a little bit smelly.

For me the location was perfect. Simple to get to from motorway. Out of town, but transport links to centre very close by. Wonderful views of mountains. Full range of facilities available Huge bath which allowed me to cool off in the heat, was very welcome

Felt a bit awkward one morning at breakfast when I sat in the wrong area. The area where I should have sat was in a room marked business lounge. Perhaps some reserved cards on the tables next time

The location is closer to a big mall if you want to make some shoping. In front of the hotel is a buss station how can go to old town and make 23min. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was big. The breakfast was good, they have some options and it was the same every day. The parking was free, but have a lot of slots for Tesla charger and if you came in the nights. Maybe don`t find a free slot.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, good breakfast. Excellent location for a 1 night stop before or after an alpine adventure. Bus F that stops outside the hotel goes via the main train station to the airport every 30mins approx. Journey time to the airport 30mins.

Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Good breakfast and nice restaurant A lot of shopping malls around, if you need something you’ll find a shop there with it

Hotel rooms are small, but very cosy, comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Stuff was very kind and helpful.

Surroundings is not very nice and a bit far away from the city centre.
