great staff did not have room available at the time but made sure they cleaned one for us and was so kind front desk everyone is great .

Kitchen area, bed was comfortable, ac-heat control very responsive

I requested a coffee maker. Unable to ever get that. It was difficult for staff to get me a knife and fork. I would have liked a channel list for tv.

The Location was perfect. Mall was walking distance and so was lots of restaurants.

For a handicap room, good luck getting into the tub. Housekeeping needs to learn to vacuum. Walking into the lobby smells like Marijuana

The location and convenience. Staff was amazing and this is the second time we have stayed here for an quick overnight trip to Cleveland.

Nothing really, it might be a little dated but all in all great for the price.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location for the activities we came to do.

The only problem we had was the shower curtain rod was bent and the shower curtain did not stay closed at all while using it. Water got everywhere.

They were very accommodating for we had to leave another hotel and they got us in right away before the check in time I did not get the lady's name at the front desk but she was very helpful sympathetic to your situation and very pleasant.

Will that would have to be the lobby if you could call it that it only had 2 chairs and Need to be re place for they were cracking and was very uninviting. A Room with a little dark due to the color scheme.

I feel like the for almost 170$ the rooms could be a bit bigger . And a little more cleaner with out stains on the floors and corners.all and all staff is great .

Rooms didn’t look like nothing that was advertised on the website.I feel I shouldn’t had paid the rate I paid .

Staff was super nice the new girl she so nice I don’t remember her name she was black girl

Blanket are so old and dirty and broken

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, plus they are dog friendly

My room didn't have any USB sockets to charge my phone or any plugs near the beds at all.

The location. It was conveniently located near everything one would need while traveling. The front office staff were both personable and professional. I would definitely recommend this particular location.

The lounge chair did not extend back. I believe it doesn't work.
