The hotel is modern, clean, with pleasant large rooms with mini kitchens - quite comfortable. I like the bikes available for guest use & how cooperative & helpful most of the staff is. Also the little path opposite the entrance that leads to Minuteman National Park, makes running and walks possible - hotel should mark it more clearly.

It would be nice if the air conditioners were quieter. The hotel could encourage long stay guests by providing regular towels, trash, toilet paper, shampoo etc & a complimentary laundry card.

The rooms are quiet. We did not hear other people. I liked the layout. King size bed; a corner sofa; a large window looking out into woods and a good desk to work at. There was plenty of parking. The sister hotel, Aloft, is across a large courtyard. They have a pleasant bar. We have stayed there. The rooms are a bit smaller and there is less of a desk. Keep this in mind if you're planning to do work and need a desk. Breakfast is fairly basic but the breads, bagels and pastry are fresh and full size. They are not small and set out in some plastic sealed bag. There is a yogurt bar as well.

I really like the fact that we were able to cook a meal and sit down and enjoy together. The kitchen facilities were wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful.

I don't think there was much I didn't like. I didn't like leaving.

Your complementary breakfast was very good the best of any hotel I have stayed at.

The bathroom in my room needed some serious maintenance, the toilet seat was about to fall off, the shower door leaked a puddle in the floor and the shower floor was cracked all the way across. (hope it was not leaking on the people below)

Element is a great clean modern convenient hotel--loved the modern ameneties, everything worked beautifully, bed was super comfortable, location was great--easy access off the freeway, close to downtown for eating options, close to the Minute Man trail etc. which is what we went to see. We were so lucky to walk into Mario's for a quick dinner--darling, homey and yummy.

After five wonderful days in warm, friendly, welcoming Maine, it was a shock to walk into the cold, Covid-super-conscious hotel lobby of the Element. The receptionist who checked us in was probably the most unfriendly person I've ever met. :-( I guess super-easy check in is important, but I miss human faces and smiles. Same for breakfast. Wearing masks has so dehumanized everything...Element needs to lighten up.

The breakfast was wonderful- the gentleman who took care of it was excellent!

it was in a convenient location but still quiet and surrounded by nature. The Minute Man National Park was a treat to go running in its trail. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and pleasant. A big plus: a charger for my electric car in the parking lot. It made our stay so much easier!!!!

the beds are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are so clean. Kitchen is useful especially being on the road. Quiet location.

I do wish there was a dinner option IN the hotel

This is a great place to stay. So much space and great facilities. The staff is so very friendly and welcoming. They provide a fantastic breakfast.

Not much to dislike.

Breakfast was great. Room size great. Exercise room was great.

We had to move rooms due to noisy heating. There was only one glass in the room even though it has a small kitchen. Pool was unavailable both on Saturday and the next day.
