good size room

No tub stopper couldn't take a bath sink drain in bathroom half broke off, looked scuzzy Toilet seat was wobbly needs seat nuts tightened. We were given the handicap room, why were we on the third floor at the very end of the longest hallway? Handicap people need close places to park, room and drive because they have problems not placed clear around the back of the longest hallway There rooms should be the closest to the elevator. Finally, the one handle in the tub area had been yanked down in the past and they just rescrewed the bar 12 inches lower and looked piece meal not professionally done. Hack job is the terms. No phone in the room and no one seemed to know that is was missing

I love how convenient it is, the food, shops and attractions. Every visit to Chattanooga I stay here. I’ve considered other properties, but always stay where I know that I will have a comfortable stay with no problems.

I like the property, just wish they had two elevators. 😁

Excellent resort style hotel in an excellent location near restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast and clean well maintained accommodations with all the amenities.

Undesirables selling drugs at the bottom of the outside steps in the back on the lower level of the parking garage. Staff member addressed them & told them he was calling the police. It appears based on discarded drug items they frequently hide there to deal & or use.

Our initial room was not ok. There was a dehumidifier running in the room. When notified staff moved us to another room. The second room was very nice.

The room we stayed in had a toilet that had water running through it constantly.

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The overall environment was very relaxing and peaceful.

The parking at the hotel could be better.

The free breakfast was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel. The breakfast was really good. My only recommendation would be to have little individual packs of butter or margarine for the waffles.

Need little butter packs for the waffles at breakfast.

Love the beds super comfortable and the room we were in was so clean and the staff was nice

I didnt like the fact that i had to look at 3 differnt rooms because the first one i went into was in preety rough shape needed to be updated badly and the 2nd one smelled like mildew and wet carpet then 3rd one was perfect no issues at all the only other complant i have is the toliet in the room set way to low for anyone i almost fell in the floor every time i went to the rest room

friendly staff and location

our room was facing the road and the street light shone right in our eyes and we couldn’t sleep. The curtains are not wide enough to cover the entire window, we tried!!

Employee's very nice and helpful. Fridge wasn't working so they offered to keep any of our refrigerated stuff in their fridge. The breakfast was nice.

The elevator was a little scary. Door on elevator made clunky noise and smelt like burnt wires.
