Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

This is my go-to hotel 4 times a year for awhile now. Stayed here dozens of times.An older property, but for price, location and room size, you can't beat it! The breakfast is always good with a good assortment of foods. 👍😀👍

Very nice staff, continental breakfast had lots of options to choose from, nice size rooms for a family of 5, indoor, outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice and clean. Also had an outdoor area to sit outside, very nice. Property is about 40 mins from Gatlinburg. Lots of places to eat and shop around where the hotel is located.

The couch/sofa bed in our room was not comfortable to sleep on. Also would be nice to have need more light over the area where you put your suitcase. Had to keep opening the curtains to bring more light in.

It had a couch that we both could sit on together to watch tv. Two tvs were great and the picture quality was perfect !! Bed was high but very comfortable.

We wanted to go swimming but were on the third floor and couldn’t walk to the pool.. we are disabled and our room was too far away. The toilet was too low to the floor and was very hard to get up from.

This has been our go-to hotel for years on our return trips from Virginia to visit my mom. Have stayed here dozens of times. It's an older facility but that never bothered me. Breakfast is always good here. Never had a dud breakfast there yet. Good location, as you are still a bit away from the Pidgeon Forge crazy! You've got Krispy Kreme just up the way, a Longhorn Steakhouse a few miles away, and the Alamo Steakhouse if you feel like braving the PF traffic.

Pricing fluctuates wildly at this facility depending on time of year and events in town. I've paid as low as $68 bucks but I never booked it when they were asking for over $130. I've seen prices there occasionally asking/ charging almost $200 bucks a night!

The room was a good size, with the exception of the bathroom. It had 2 tv's, so if you wanted to watch on the couch or in the bed you had the choice. The mattress to the bed was very firm, but the pillows were very comfortable and there was 5 or 6 of them so I liked that. I loved the Jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was good. I would say it is your normal hotel breakfast, but everything was hot and tasted good. The location was good if you like being close to everything, but not right in the middle of all the noise. There is grocery stores, convenience stores, gas, etc. close to you for if you just need some drinks or snacks. You can tell the hotel is an older one, but I would definitely stay here again while visiting the area. The staff that I talked to was nice. We arrived a little early and she let us go ahead and check in. I have been to places that I paid alot more for that made me wait.

I only stayed for 2 nights so not really any complaints that I couldn't deal with. Everything about the bathroom was really small. I'm 5 feet, but if you are a big & tall person you would have difficulties in this bathroom. As far as cleanliness, it was ok, no bugs or anything and that means alot to me when staying away from home. The headboard to the bed could've used a dusting and the bathroom floor swept better in the corners. It wasn't nothing major though. Our overall experience was good.

Our room was big. The room we stayed in had a separate area with the two queen beds and then a separate area with the couch, a table, large mini fridge, microwave and tv. It was all cramped together like most hotels. We really enjoyed the different spaces.

It needs some updating. There were some holes in the walls, old yellow lamp shades on the lamps, some paint and updating would be nice too. I felt like we paid too much for the value of the hotel even though it was roomy. The parking situation also wasn’t wonderful due to it being busy. A few trucks were taking up 6-7 parking spaces with trailers due to Rod Run I’m guessing.

The room size was great . Location and having two types of pools were wonderful. We enjoyed it. We will stay there again. The size of the rooms and the pools did it for us.

The floors were dirty.. Didn't look like it was vacuumed after the last visitors. And my feet got dirty everytime I didn't have shoes on. One of the beds were so hard but the other was so much softer. The frig still had stuff in the freezer from other people.

The breakfast was good decent amount of choices. The location is good on the main drag close to many attractions.

When you first walk in the lobby the sofas there were grungy. It made me think the motel was going to be dirty. It was a good surprise the room was large and clean it had a private balcony. The only other issue was slow drains. The motel is older but updated and good for the price

It was a great place to stay, although the beds were uncomfortable for us. we like soft beds. if you prefer a hard bed it would be perfect! It is a little outdated, although we loved the lay out, having a sitting room separate from the bedroom is wonderful. The breakfast bar was excellent. The kids loved the pool area of course. The area is good, out of the busy zone but within a short drive of everything. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable! Would stay again!

The breakfast was excellent and the gentleman that prepared the breakfast and cleaned up after us was amazing. The room was large and clean. We had a bonus balcony that I was not expecting with was great! The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The building is old and could use updating. There are not enough outlets in the room for it's size. The lighting outside our room (by the indoor pool was insufficient) We could not even see our room number. We had to ask for linens for the pull out bed which to me should already be in the room.
