Very friendly staff and nice, clean room. This was our 2nd stay in 2 months, and we will be making many more over the next 5 years due to our son attending a local university for basketball. We plan to make this our "go-to" home away from home.

The door frame to the bathroom had been busted upon our arrival, so the door could not be closed completely without getting stuck. The light bulb just inside the door from the hallway was also burned out. The front desk was notified of both.

The outside looks nice - The inside was also pretty nice. The doors looked very dated, but the inside of the room was nice and large! We stayed in a executive long room and left us plenty of room for our kids (3&1) to get their jitters out. Definitely would recommend - For all you who seems to base your opinions off of breakfast, theirs was really nice!

Carpet seemed dirty, the room smelled a little musty, and the bathroom didn’t have ventilation.

My stay was only 5hrs. I truly liked the security officer I saw on my departure at 5am. Not knowing anything about where I was or what to expect at that time of the day I was very impressed, it made me feel better about letting my grandchildren stay for the remaining time before check out and getting breakfast. If the need arises and I had to go back I would definitely stay there again.

I am especially appreciative of Charles who was the desk clerk when we arrived. He took a lot of time with us to explain the layout of the city, to recommend a restaurant and to answer all of our questions. Such a hospitable and friend young man. The location was good for us to get into Dijon. The breakfast was good. We had marvelous breakfasts with all of our hotels.

We stayed at a holiday express in Augusta Georgia and I was so pleased with friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very clean. We felt welcomed. The continental breakfast was fresh with a variety to choose from. From that point forward I decided that when I travel Holiday inn Express would be my first choice

I can not think of anything that the hotel or the staff could have done to make us feel more welcomed. When we came in the hotel the receptionist was checking in another guest . She was friendly and professional, and when was our turn for check in she made us feel just as welcomed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed. We went to a concert at the Civic center and it was straight across the road from the Civic Center. Once we parked our truck, we never had to move it. The room was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were actual size pillows and very comfortable. The AC was already on in the room when we checked in so it felt so great. The bathroom was extremely clean and the water pressure was great. They also had Dove products for use as well.

The outer wall where the door is was not well insulated, We could hear people walking by talking. We also heard the house keeper knocking on other doors checking on the rooms the next morning.

The gal at the desk when we checked in was was great. the room was really nice. the staff were super friendly and helped us order a pizza when we got there late night. the room was clean, and the bed and pillows was comfy.

Kind of a weird location. but it was easy on off access to highway. otherwise just nothing going on and pretty ugly overlook if you don’t have a river view. Also, breakfast until only 9:30 is bad. we got in late and missed it. I believe all hotels should have breakfast until 11 checkout so you can grab a bagel or a piece of fruit on you way out. ridiculous.

Breakfast is very very nice. Plenty of options for everyone. Definitely get our moneys worth and go back for seconds. Eat up and keep up the great work!

This is our 3rd stay at a Holiday Inn Express and our only complaint is that the beds are not very comfortable. They are very soft but my wife and I have back issues. We need our bed to have firmness. Perhaps in the future, Holiday Inn/IHG can offer better bed options (temper pedic, adjustable mattresses). Other than that, we not been disappointed with our stays with Holiday Inn Express.

exceptional update. modern and all the modern amenities. breakfast was good. parking. close to everything in the city.

weak internet. price was almost double bc of a Brooks and Dunn concert. also an issue with how the concert goers were spread through hotel. no sleep at this hotel tonight. loud and obnoxious. thin walls. put into a adjoining room and the doors might as well have been made of feathers. we heard those people all night. that alone I wouldn’t stay again, but that’s me. relaxation. quiet. what I’m looking for.

Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help fix a booking error I had made with dates. No fuss, no complaints, just trying their very best to help. It was really appreciated and I was very impressed.

The disposable, single use plastic etc for breakfast. Super wasteful and un-ecological. Actually quite unbelieveable!
