We stayed for one night as we were going to Kauai - and needed a place to stay. The front desk was kind enough to give us an early check in. Overall location is great - close to the ocean - not swimmable but nice to have a mid day lunch and have a nice view. There many stores around / plaza - plus a grocery store - must try some of the baked goods there - some are local to Hawaii! The hotel has a coffee truck parked outside so you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the pool. The pool as well was quite lovely - the towels are provided and it's a small but a cute hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and very inviting and has about 5 work desks in case you want to get some work done.

Staff was very approachable and accommodating.

I did not like all the products in the room taking up space. I did not like that there wasn’t a tea pot or coffee maker in the room. I did not like that I had to ask for a tea pot or microwave if I wanted one. One other small thing: we were told at the desk that we could have two complementary drip drinks out of the fridge, but that wasn’t stated on the papers in the room, which made me nervous that we’d be charged.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The lobby and reception area were clean and reflected their boutique styling. The hotel was just a short walk from restaurants and shops and the beach where we snorkeled. There is an amenity fee charged daily which seems reasonable if you use them.

The "macrobar" used up most of the available storage. There are no TV's or microwaves in the room. I'm okay with that, but they would have been used if in the room. Coffee is only available in the lobby after 7am.

Loved the Location! "Prime" Close to grocery stores and restaurants in Walking Distance if not Uber if you don't want to sweat. Also have a trolly service available around town! Property Clean Friendly staff. Loved the refreshing Complementary Water at the Pool. Check in process fast and efficient front desk clerk was Amazing! Room itself very comfortable Slept well. Nice Touch! Overall 👍

All the merchandise in the room and no TV but good wifi. Parking plus resort fee which added considerably to the cost. Other place I stayed in Kona did not charge for either of these.

We love staying at this hotel with a very good style - brand new boutique hotel. The location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean and the staff was very nice

It will be great to have a daily cleaning room and not only every 3 days . No gym and the bathroom is a little bit small but in very good condition.

Pacific 19 was a surprising joy. We picked it for the value and central location and found it was recently renovated and filled with charms. We ended up returning for the last night of vacation.

The ONLY downside was the lack of complementary coffee. They did have a lovely coffee truck every morning that served a full espresso bar and a couple of baked items.

The property was in a perfect central location while being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the town. The decor was comfortable and well done and amenities were thoughtful and well priced. It feels like they really care about their customers, not just making money.

(Almost) everything seems to have an extra price tag attached, from parking to breakfast. Overall ends up not being a very good quality/price ratio.
