Beautiful hotel has all the facilities such as steam room and sauna. Busy rooftop bar and nice breakfast selection! It also has different types of milk for someone who is lactose intolerance. Location is brilliant as it is 5 minutes walk from the two museums.

There is no counter space in the bathroom to leave stuffs.

The hotel has a quirky vibe to it, and while it might not be for everyone, I thoroughly enjoyed the new experience. Our room was rather small, but as we went to Vienna for sight-seeing, not staying in the room, it was not an issue. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and kindly accepted my request for a later check-out. As I stayed there for my birthday, the hotel even made a lovely surprise (not going to spoil). The breakfast selection was comprehensive and on weekends available until 14.00. The location is perfect for the nearby sight-seeing as well as moving around town, as the U-bahn and tram stations are basically just around the corner. On the premises there is a food truck and also an Italian restaurant where the breakfast is also being served. Bonus: The contents of your personal minibar are free. Now, that is something I have not seen anywhere else.

The pillows and blankets were rather low quality, but I must admit, I have somewhat higher standards. My partner did not complain, though. The restaurant closes for lunch, so if you go there around 13.00 or 14.00 they will not have most of the meals available, or will not serve you at all.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 7 years, and we will come again. I appreciate the hotel's location, unique design, and the exceptionally creative, welcoming, and stylish atmosphere it offers. The rooms come in various sizes, and they all serve their intended purpose well. While the breakfast is still good, it used to be even better in the past. I particularly appreciate the complimentary water and beer stocked in the fridge, which is a nice touch. It was indeed a very nice experience as we might expect or imagine.

While my room was reasonably clean, it didn't quite meet the standards of my previous visits, which was a bit disappointing. I noticed that the kitchen table is severely damaged and in need of replacement. Additionally, the cleanliness of the fridge left much to be desired. This time, I was assigned a room with an inner view, which was less appealing compared to my previous experiences with city views. The water taps, although they add to the hotel's style, utilize an old-fashioned design that can be potentially dangerous for children as the water runs very hot and is challenging to regulate. Regarding breakfast, I found the options to be much more limited than on my previous visits, although the quality of the food remained consistently high.

Nice, clean and trendy hotel with good extra amenities and services : - rooftop bar is awesome, - italian restaurant, - spa, - bike rental.... Location is great, 5-10minutes from most attractions. The staff is welcoming and very accomodating. Reception desk 24/24 is définitely a great service.

The mastresses were a bit too hard for us (but i guess it depends on the person), and we ended up having a bit of back pain in the morning...😬 The aircon/ventilation system was having issues (noises at night, difficulties to set it up to the right température...either too hot or too cold) and we could not turn it off. The staff really tried to be helpful but the issue could not be fixed during our stay. Again, that might just be an indépendant issue, not present in other rooms.

Great great great location! Walkable to both district 7 and district 1.for tours and shopping. Great roof top bar. I have the big room with the balcony. Its sheltered and convenient and cute with the outdoor bathtub. Nearby was this awesoom vietnamese resturant Nguyen's Pho house with the best broth so far. The service from reception/ lobby to restuarant was just great. Super friendly and funny staff.

If i have to find something...it would be that the shower is not providing maximum privacy. Especially if you are not alone and want a quick shower. The curtain cover partial n the glass door is not frosted. So anyone waiting can see everything. Even from the balcony

I've never been to a hotel that when you ask politely for a bucket of ice tells you to go and get it yourself. When you then ask for a corkscrew as none in the room, the restaurant says NOPE we've only got 1 here and 1 in the bar upstairs, bring the bottle and open it yourself. On the Saturday night massive party in the room next to us - massive party & music from 9pm until 1.30am - staff tried to calm them down 3x BUT eventually had to close all windows because of noise and dope smoking then got to sleep - zero discount / help afterwards v disappointing.
