The room wasn’t big, but good enough for a single traveller, it was cozy and refurbished and warm! You can really see that owners take cleanliness seriously, bathroom and room were meticulously clean. I really appreciated. Good position, easily accessible with public transport. Excellent value for money. Would come back.

Not always easy to get hold of someone, reception has limited hours and they aren’t always there nor pick up the phone even during those times. But it’s not big deal cause you get a key so are free to come and go.

I came into the hotel after several years' break. It seems it has been renovated since my last stay, which is a big plus now. Very friendly and helpful personal. Reception is open just for a few hours a day, but instructions for independent check-in and check-out easy and clear

There was no hair-dryer in the room

Absolutely excellent value-for-money, with the location near the city centre, good public transport connections, a very clean room, and a comfy single bed. The self-check-in and check-out processes are great, and the provided towels, sheets, and shower gels all smelled really great. I would definitely recommend the room for shorter stays in Vienna, as was the case for me. Although I had no in-person contact with the host due to my check-in and check-out times, they promptly and kindly responded to my messages on booking.com.

Check-out time at 11:00 is rather early, no telephone contact that works 24 hours in case of urgent problems, the room shakes a bit when a tram passes by (sounds more dramatic than what is really the case, but people with light sleep might be bothered), I struggled to find the self-check-in box because the welcome message stated it was at door number 15, not at the door to the right of it.

The single room I stayed in was very cozy, everything was super clean. There was a fan which was already on to cool the air. The perosn at the desk was there even after 5pm and even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

For people with a lot of luggage the lack of elevator could be an issue, however the building isn't tall and the staff are very very helpful. Also, the self-check in can be a little confusing for some, but in my opinion it was convenient.

It was good and comfortable in general. The staff was nice and helpful. They didn't reply when I wrote email to ask about locker option -maybe it didn't reach to them. But we asked again when we arrived and they allowed us to leave our bag after check out until evening. It was a life -and money- saver for us. I am thankful to them.

A kettle in the room would be good. And maybe a fridge for each floor. But maybe I've missed the fridge.

Location near a train stop and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and we slept well. All in all I would recommend.

We ran out of shower gel and the reception closes at 7pm so had to use the hand soap gel. The room was very small, the bed only just fitted into the room and there was no kettle to make a hot drink.

You get what you paid for. It is not far from the City centre so if you don t have a problem with walking you can save some money

We had some leaky pipes in the bathroom and at night there was a lot of noise.

i didnt like the fact that staff called me after check out where i left the key while i left it in the box as it was mentioned in the instructions. people in rowming don’t want to answer phone calls, much easier to send emails

Quick and friendly check-in. Location was pretty good, not too far from the city hall and city centre.

Very minimal and simple - but perfect for the price paid

i really loved everything about it. The place was nice. Room was very clean and the location is perfect for walking everywhere.
