Location is incredible, big Spar is beneath the building, huge Westfield mall 1min from Citadines, and the metro station is across the street. The building is new, everything seems so luxurious. I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

Cleaning was not great. We stayed for 4 nights and during this time there was no cleaning in a room. Garbage hasn't been taken out during our entire stay.

In terms of location, if you have business in Vienna International Center, this would be an excellent place to stay. If you are there for tourism, this is a good location because it is just across a train station and you get to the city center within 20 minutes without needing to transfer train lines. It is also conveniently above a supermarket for those who prefer preparing their own meals. In terms of amenities, I most appreciated that the washing machine had a countdown timer on it and that the WeWash app displayed how long your laundry has been running and when it’s ready for pick up. I also appreciated the coffee and tea station that’s available 24/7 at the lobby. I got to have a morning coffee almost every day and I also sometimes headed back when I needed a mid-day pick me up and I wasn’t willing to drop 9 euros for a coffee.

Perhaps the only thing I didn’t like was that the iron didn’t seem to heat up enough to fully get rid of the wrinkles in our clothes. But that’s nothing too bothersome considering all the other conveniences of this property.

The rooms were perfect, spacious, clean, modern, with a big, comfy bed and a big and nice bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, there is even a small table. Staff were super nice and there is free coffee or tea in the lobby:) the location is perfect because it's right next to the line 1 of U-Bahn and it takes you directly into the city centre. There is Spar right below the hotel so you can buy your lunch and take it into the room. There is also a shopping centre and a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel. And you can park directly below the hotel in the parking garage.

Very new and modern looking rooms. The rooms had plenty of space and lots of light.The breakfast was very tasty. The U1 station is located right outside the hotel so it is no hassle to get to the city (around 10-15 mins) despite the hotel not being in centre of the city. The TV in the room is massive and has a solid selection of the channels. The view outside the hotel on the nearby hills of Vienna was pretty nice too, and the Donauturm could also be seen from the room.

The room thermometre is hard to adjust as it was frequenty too warm to sleep at night because the blankets were very heavy. Also, during the breakfast, it seems it would be better to have two staff members employed as we would often come to an empty breakfast hall because the sole member of the staff had to do some logistics. The big TV in the breakfast hall is also annoying because it was repeating the same commercial for the hotel again and again.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located within close proximity to all amenities, just a few paces away one can find a supermarket and restaurants. 3 minutes away one can also found the metro station; taking only approximately 10 minutes to arrive sto St. Stephen's square. The staff were super friendly, coffee is offered at the reception for free (24 hours a day), breakfast was very good, the environment is quiet and the rooms cosy. Definitley will return to the same hotel when I return to Vienna.

The hotel is brand new. Its spacious rooms are clean and smell of new furnuture. There is a kitchenette inside the room that contains everything for cooking. Citadines Danube Vienna is an apart hotel and its only difference from a regular hotel is this kitchenette inside the room and the "weekly-given" housekeeping service. There is a 24 hr available free-of-charge freshly grained coffee and tea service in the reception floor. The entrance of the hotel is from the 1st floor of the 12-floored new building and there is a Spar supermarket just in the ground floor. (Perfect for instant shopping) Also the location of the hotel is excellent. It is at 2 minutes walking distance both to the grand shopping center Westfield Donau Zentrum and Kagran station of U1 metro line which provides a direct and promt access to the city center, roughly in 15 minutes. Although the hotel is so near to all this kind of facilies, it's calm and quiet inside. They also serve breakfast in the top floor. After all of these information related to hotel facilities, I have to also note down the hospitality, sincerity, warmth and motivation of all the staff to solve problems. Me and my wife we were the first visitors by chance and we were welcomed by the hotel manager with an unforgettable gift. Later during our 4 days of Vinenna visit I observed the notable hospitality of the hotel manager and his team also for all the other visitors. We had already paid the breakfasts of the four days during the online reservation and unfortunately the last day (Sunday) we had to leave early in the morning for our flight, before the start of the nice breakfast.

Well designed apart-hotel with very easy transport links to the city. Very new and spotless. The U1 Metro is just across the road as is the bus and tram station. There is a Westfield Centre close by and a Spar supermarket below the hotel. It was great to have a fridge and cooking facilities. There is free tea and coffee at the reception which was much appreciated. You can get breakfast with a view but like most Vienna hotels it is quite pricey. We enjoyed a drink at the bar on the roof. I thought it was great value for money and the metro was easy and quick into town. We had 3 nights so you don't get any cleaning, but it was fine for us. Would definitely return.

We didn't have any issues. But some info in the room about the recycling would have been helpful.

I liked the comfortable beds and a lot of facilities for cooking. Also during the night, it was completely dark in the room. The hotel was right above a supermarket, so we had everything we needed. We got there quite fast thankful to the Metro. I also enjoyed free coffee and tea.

I liked almost everything. It was only a shame, that we couldn´t use the terrasse on the 12th floor. I would prefer to have here some kind of social room or something like that.

The apartments are located a bit outside the city center but are very easily reachable with the metro, as the metro station is right in front of the apartment! The room is new, very big TV screen and shower, comfortable bed. Loved the free tea and coffee at the reception. Also the gym has very new Technogym equipment.

the staff. Had a very bad experience at the check-in. Breakfast too expensive.
