breakfast was exceptional. beautiful hotel right off the Charles Bridge - some might find it too close to tourist areas but it's a beautiful location

our only issue was the very strong smell of deodorizer/cleaner/perfume they use in the room. We actually found this to be an issue in a number of places in Europe (where we live in Canada all public spaces are scent free and we only buy scent free products, so we are probably especially sensitive) but it was unbearable in the first room. After we complained, the staff resolved the problem by the 3rd night. If you have a scent sensitivity, let them know in advance.

Amazing location just steps from the Charles Bridge. Close to several tram lines and near several great restaurants and shops. Even though it’s in a high traffic area, it was still quiet. Bed and facilities were very comfortable and had nice amenities like coffee maker in the room. The staff, especially Alice at reception, were absolutely fantastic—extremely friendly and helpful. When I got in the first night, I didn’t have specific plans, and Alice recommended a concert at a church in the old city that was really great. Breakfast was quite good with a large selection of things. Overall a wonderful stay.

I had two rooms across two reservations, and neither room had much of a view. But the location is so great and as soon as you step out you’re surrounded with stunning views that it didn’t really matter.

Great location, helpful staff, variable breakfast. The bed is extra large and comfortable. Room design is fine. Interesting historical building re-designed for contemporary hotel's needs. Easy approach to important historical and cultural points of interest may be reached on foot. We were picked up at the airport by a driver sent by the hotel. It costs extra but is really comfortable if you don't know the area yet. We'd like to stay there again and again!

The elevator is really small in case one has lots of luggage. We didn't and it was fine. The parking lot is really crowded and probably not easy.

The location was great, right next to Charles Bridge. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was tasty, you have a lot of options to choose. Even morning Prosecco was served. During the day there was always coffee, cold water and snacks available in the lobby. All the staff were so nice and made us feel so welcome. A special thanks to the charming Alice for her help, responsiveness and kindness. We had a fantastic stay at The Bishops House Hotel!

Everything was great!

The hotel is in the heart of Prague very close to the centre and easily accessible to all restaurants, shops and tourist locations. The hotel itself was clean, a great size, modern and the rooms are comfortable and clean with a nice little mini bar to help yourself too. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, always happy to help! The continental breakfast was lovely with the added glass of Fizz/Buck’s Fizz for breakfast was complimentary and a nice little touch. I would definitely recommend and visit this little boutique hotel again. I can’t wait for our next stay!

Super clean, modern, and a pleasant atmosphere, exactly as hoped. Good room size, comfy bed, etc. Lovely staff. Totally decent breakfast - the scrambled eggs could be better :). The location could not be improved. In a quiet cul-de-sac yet 50m from the centre of everything. Excellent restaurant (Pod Věží) at the end of the street. Excellent chilled bar-cafe (Café Club Míšeňská) around the corner. Useful shops and amenities along the main street which were less common in the old town. Overall exactly as hoped. Wifi signal low in our room but not a significant issue.

Staff was very friendly and personable, breakfast was an awesome spread! Absolutely loved the location right by the St Charles Bridge. Comfy bed. Cool that one part of the building is part of an older tower.

The stairs are a bit of a workout for those who aren't prepared for them! There is an elevator, but it's very small and older, so we often opted for the stairs. Prepped us for all of the towers in Prague though!!

Perfect location, clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff and favorable price.. free Coffee and hot water both in the lobby and in your room 24h.. The hotel is just nearby the Charles Bridge.. but silent and peacefull. If you like walking, any place you should see is just a walking distance.. Also the metro is accessible by walking, no need a taxi to go to hotel from the airport. Strongly suggested for enjoying beautiful Prague..

Literally only steps from Charles Bridge, Bishop’s House is a beautiful hotel that is so centrally located to the historic area of Prague. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Old Town area, the Astronomical Clock, churches and main square area and offered many places nearby eat. My room was quite large – bed was comfortable with plenty of space for my bag. The room was right off Reception which meant leaving the windows opened while I wasn’t there may have been a little risky (the windows fronted the street). The bathroom was huge – beautiful big walk-in shower with ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash and big towels. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was lovely – cereals, fresh pastries, hot selections and juices. Those at Reception were always most helpful with suggestions as to where to eat and places to see. Thanks especially to Stanislav and Darci for your help.

Hotel is nice and excelently located to go to castle or old center. Seems clean and room temperature can be adjusted easily. Furniture was nice, and combined seamlessly with the building and city. Staff was friendly and guide you to discovering the city, and the breakfast was what I expected!

I got the room with the inclined roof and bumped my head various times, I think I was taller than what was expected (I am 180 Cms) as even the sinks were positioned low. Also no courtesy water bottle....
