Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace

Great hotel conveniently located close to both the Prague Castle and the Old Town, with nice classical decorated rooms in a quiet neighborhood. I particularly liked the view from the room to the adjacent park (Vojanovy sady).

Breakfast was quite modest and the breakfast space is rather small.

Great location, not too loud. The staff was super nice and helpful, loved the shower. Hotel is basically a 15min walk at max away from a lot of tourist attractions. The breakfast was actually good, despite some other reviews. Maybe just a bit more fruit, but otherwise it was okay. We had a really pleasent week.

The air conditioning was sometimes broken, and kept waking me up one night. Some towels were not washed properly but that's a minor inconvenience.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, it is located in the city center, close to the tram and metro stations Malostranska, and not far from the Castle and other sights. It was also good that the way to the airport didn't request much time. Stull at reception was friendly and polite.

The breakfast was commonly good, and stuff was working well, but sometimes some meal was not renewed, and fruits were not always fresh. One day I noticed that small white bread (rohliks) was not fresh too. One day in the early morning, at about 6 o'clock, we were not able to sleep because someone was cutting grass very close to our room. The conditioning in our room was not properly working, but the weather was not so hot therefore it was not a big problem.

Breakfast was acceptable. Could improve on the fruit selections. Tea could be hotter.

We loved it all. The view was spectacular from our room. The staff were all wonderful, kind and very helpful. We felt like royalty. The decorations, the air conditioner worked great.

The only thing I did not like was the air conditioner turning itself down in the middle of the night. It woke me up because I was so warm. Also the carpet in our room looked like someone walked through with dirty boots.

Reception people were always kind and helpful. Our room was a bit small, but we had a nice view and it was very quiet. Air condition was great and much needed at this time of the year! Location is perfect – we were close to almost every major tourist spot. There's also a nearby metro station and supermarket.

Breakfast was modest and it was a bit hard to communicate with the waiters (no all are English speakers).

an additional fee is charged for the sauna, when I booked the sauna was also included the air conditioner turned on when he wanted it, not how you set the temperature

property was clean and staff are lovely and welcoming.

the breakfast was all cold which wasn't nice eating a cold cooked breakfast. The glasses provided are all child size small so you feel ignorant having to get up constantly for a drink.

super clean, friendly and in a very convenient location! we have a lovely view from our room, and it was clean and the staff where very helpful. the breakfast was also very good! would stay again
