Malostranská Residence

Amazing experience. We booked the Presidential suite for 6 people and we couldn't be more happy. The building is beautiful, with many paintings and some statues, and the apartments continue the style. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and it had washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they even turned on the dishwasher for us. The location is excellent, in the middle of everything. About the noise, we were in the 3rd floor and there wasn't so much noise. Nothing unbearable. With the windows closed there's absolutely no noise. But the best of all was all the staff. Tereza, Zdenek and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and friendly. They even had a small gift for us when they found out one of us was turning 60! When we go back to Prague, we will book again an apartment in Malostranska Residence!

If I had to nitpick, the WiFi was slow and had trouble getting good speeds. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable, because I'm used to high pillows.

The location is perfect. It was great to be on the other side of Charles Bridge because it’s much less crowded yet still an easy walk to Old Town, theJewish Quarter, Petrin Tower, and the Prague Castle. The rooms were amazing! We loved the balconies and view of St. Nicholas and all of Lesser Town from our rooms. The elevator was important for my older parents as well as the AC in the heat of June. The staff was excellent!! They helped us with questions we had about the rooms as well as about visiting Prague.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The apartment is beautiful and it was great to walk out the front door and hop on a tram if we wanted. It was quiet even though it was at a busy transport hub. The views were awesome! The big jetted bath was a perfect end to long days of wandering around the city

such a fabulous apartment, with the addition of a beautiful Christmas tree which was an unexpected surprise. Perfect location and incredibly helpful and courteous staff.

The apartments are located just off St. Charles bridge, in a nice square next to St. Mary's cathedral, with numerous bars, cafe's and restaurants on the doorstep, very central to the old town, river and Prague castle. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was well furnished, with 3 large bedrooms. We had a small balcony which offered views across to St. Charles bridge. The manager was very helpful and arranged airport transfers for a reasonable price. Would recommend these apartments for your city break.

To be really picky the only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a third bathroom and shower. Only because we were a group of 6 people. 5 women and 1 man!

We've stayed at some amazing apartments in Europe but this has got to be one of the most incredible and certainly the one with the best view. We had the penthouse with a small terrace on the roof overlooking Prague castle and the church across the street - it absolutely made our stay to be able to have a beer each evening watching the illuminated skyline. The apartment itself is huge and over two levels with an amazing master suite with a wall of glass overlooking the city and even a glass roof to watch the stars! Besides a secondary bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub there was a kitchen, living room and laundry. Perfectly located in the center of the city, everything a short walk away; very friendly and helpless staff. We will definitely return!

The apartment we got was sooo beautiful. It was very spacious, has a complete kitchen, stunning views, pretty interiors and comfortable beds. Zdenek, the receptionist was very friendly and nice to talk to. Location is also very good, all the major attractions can be reached on foot (Prague Castle, Old Town, Charles Bridge). There is also a grocery, McDonald’s, and a very good trdelnik nearby.

The air-conditioning units were pretty old so it doesn’t cool down the room quickly. We were lucky summer just ended so the weather was cooler but if it was the peak of summer the room would be pretty hot.

Clean, spacious, communal lounging area. Staff were really polite and helpful. Location was perfect - very central to everything. Charles Bridge 2 mins walk and Prague castle 15mins walk. Lots of lovely shops close by including restaurants. We asked for late checkout and this was granted for an additional hour at no extra cost. They even held our bags all day and kept our passports in a safe whilst we were out. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Although we had access to wifi it was very weak and even our own mobile network was poor in the building. Other than this, we have no complaints about our stay it was simply perfect and we would highly recommend it to others and even come back here ourselves.

Located at center, very near to McD and in font of Starbucks, grocery store also within walking distance. Near to Charles Bridge and a lot restaurants nearby. Whole department with kitchen & disk washer, able to cook yourself if you want. Staff very friendly and helpful, received small bottle of champagne and birthday wishes from hotel, a little surprise for me during our 4 days stay. Room very big, clean and view nice facing ST Nicholas Church, whole residence consist 5 floors with lift access, worry free with big luggage. TV in the room easily can cast with own mobile phone to play YouTube. Equipped with washing machine & powder can wash your own laundry. Highly recommended and definitely will come back again if visiting to Prague.

Internet speed not so stable, something need to improve.
