Location was good and very clean hotel

The Front desk employee was unfriendly made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, we were a group of penshioners that are very able and independent,he made us feel like he was doing us a favour,yet we paid to stay there, and watched our every move for no apparent reason,he appeared to be one of those rude shifty Italians,accept for that,it is a good hotel

Hotel is 2 min from Como st Giov train station and 10 min on foot to city centre. Best value for money place to stay in Como. 3 * for the property but 5* for the staff! I asked for a taxi to be arranged for a visit and the lady in charge was so supportive and happy, making several phone calls to get the best price and best service! If you need additional items just ask! Room is clean with linen at very good condition. Single room small but it is acceptable for one person. Doubles are bigger! WiFi strong and reliable enough to watch TV on your mobile device. Breakfast very nice including of everything you need for a nice start of the day. Supermarket very close less than 5 min 24/7! Recommended as a 3-star hotel!

The room was spacious and clean, nice sized bathroom too. The owner was lovely when checking in and each morning at breakfast. Coffee machine at breakfast was lovely with fresh croissants and fruit. Excellent location about 1km to the ferry area of lake Como and right by the train station. We would return!

Our room was on the side of the road so a little noisy at times. However, we could nearly see the train station from our room so excellent location to be close to the station.

The location is across the railway station and next to the city centre so it was perfect. The triple room provided was decent and clean. The bathroom was very spacious.

There should be a signboard leading to the hotel as the entrance is within a back alley of the main building. Google maps led us to the entrance but it was confusing as there were no clear signs other than the door. The staff was cranky.

Como is just a beautiful place and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the centre of the town and the lake. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was modern and spacious. I dont have much to complain.

The parking situation was a bit difficult. We thougt parking was included, but obviously it wasnt. We had to park our car in a garage. The room was nice, but the airconditioning stopped as we left the room with our keycard. As we came back in the evening, it was very hot in the room.

Really good and comfy beds, the shower pressure is strong, and the fridge allowed us to keep our water cool. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!

The aircon wasn’t very strong at all and took us a while to figure out how to work it out. Our bathroom light didn’t turn off for a whole night despite us trying to turn it off. Manager or man at reception was quite grumpy and blamed us for the elevator malfunctioning when he had clearly been made aware of the situation before, as he followed us over almost instantly when we went to the elevator, and knew ways to fix it as if he’d already known about it.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the train/bus station. Thanks to friendly and efficient staff during our stay, and they let us set up our stuff before the check-in which allowed us to go for a walk and come back later. Room was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We had a varied choice of breakfast and it was lovely and fresh. Overall the experience was brilliant, enjoyed and making our stay comfortable!

This was a very good value for money hotel in a relatively good location close to attractions in Como. The room met my expectations given the price I paid and it was actually not much different to a 4* room I stayed in Milan at ×3 times the price. All the basics were there such as 3 bath towels plus bathmat, toiletries, fridge, deposit box, A/C. The buffet breakfast was good for me as a vegetarian with several options such as cereal, fruit, yoghurt, pastries and toast. There was also a lovely selection of teas. The rooms were clean, there was mold in the shower but this does not mean the shower is dirty. Overall, I was happy with my stay given the price I paid compared to other hotels in Milan/ Lake Como. Finally, I did get a bit lost as Google maps was showing the entrance at the front. However, it appears the correct address is highlighted on the booking.com page so best to check this before heading there.

The toiletries provided were a bath soap, shower gel and shower cap. I would advise the owner to skip the expense of a shower cap and instead provide 3 toiletries: Shower gel, Shampoo and hand soap. I asked for an extra soap everyday to bathe with as I did not want to use the same soap for washing my hands and my face too. The reception staff was happy to provide me with an extra bar of soap everyday so I was grateful for this. Just some advice to make guest experience even better :)

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were welcoming and polite. Our room was a good size, comfortable bed. The bathroom was a decent size with a large shower! Plenty of storage

Breakfast was average, juices still in cartons - could have put some effort in and poured them into small jugs. The walls in the bedrooms are very thin, you can hear other neighbors. Thankfully the road noise is very quiet!! Air con was below a window ledge, which meant all the cold air was just going straight to the window ledge and not circling around, it took a while to cook the room down.

Conveniently located close to train station and easy walk to shops and waterfront. Great breakfast included, fantastic large shower with great water pressure and the best bath towels on our European trip! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Bedroom was small (which is fine because you don't spend a lot of time there) but would have been good to have stands/space to store & open our two carry on cases. Bed was very firm and pillows a bit flat (we didn't get around to asking for more but I'm sure they were available)
