Hotel MX congreso

Great hotel if you are on the way to the airport. I stayed here twice. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast. Once we left at 5am and we had the option to grab a coffee at the cafeteria.

The location is not suitable for turisting. Make sure you grab a taxi to go anywhere. Also the internet was not functioning well. Impossible to finish writting an e mail or make a phone call.

The location is close to the bus terminal, the staff, the room and especially that the wifi was good, which is outstanding considering my experience in a few hotels I stayed in the past two weeks. Alma, the lady who prepared my food and cocktails at the restaurant was a delight. She gave me great recommendations and everything was tasty.

Nothing. I am happy with the whole experience.

Breakfast was simple but nice, location is excelent, we Uber everywhere and it wasn´t expensive. The personel where very nice.

The only real concern we had is that the rooms didn´t have any AC, but we didn´t need it that much, the weather was nice, but maybe in July it will be more necesary.

it was a short ride from the airport as I landed so early I choose this place i stayed for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable and I quite liked the neighbourhood it was in would definitely stay again if I was going to the airport, for the price it was great value

It was a great surprise, the location is perfect for my propuses, and the cleanliness was perfect, I wont hesitate to stay here again. Because the great location, cleanliness and price.

this was a one night stay after flight into Mexico City. Hotel was perfect....clean and quiet....breakfast include.They arranged car to South Bus terminal

Nothing....this was as advertised and an exceptional value.

The staffs are super friendly polite and helpful. The room is very big. Uber to the airport is around $4 and 10 minutes drive.

It was really noisy when people walking and talking in the hall way. There was no cup/glass to brush my teeth.

The staff was delightful and extra kind. The hotel does well with trying to keep guests safe during the pandemic. They are very informative and helpful. The room was verified clean and there were no issues with the standard of hospitality they provided.

The business center was closed as a covid-restriction. It would have been nice for an alternative or a way for the hotel to allow individuals to use it and provide cleaning. Also, the staff member was kind enough to let me know the area was not a safe location to go out at night.

the employees were all nice and very helpful. the room didn’t have an AC or heater but it wasn’t needed.

room keys kept deactivating or it would take multiple tries to get the door opened.

Good service and convenient price.

The neighborhood where the hotel is not nice nor safe. Nevertheless it is really convenient for the TAPO bus station, which can be easily reached in a few minutes walk.
