Location Location Location! It was super convenient! I will definitely book back there, it was 2 - 3 mins walking to the Zocalo, 8 -10 mins walking to the Alameda, and another 15 -20 mins walking to the LAGUNILLA I mean wow! The place is fine, the bathroom is fire! It is a small room, but definitely worth what you are paying for!

There were just a small handful of things that were not that great, there are some people living in the streets, and sidewalk right outside the hotel, making it look sketchy and kinda unsafe. Also, the pillows could be better (or more hehe), and finally, there were quite some mosquitoes in the room.

location was perfect

There falls advertisements. On the picture of one the rooms it shows a wall AC unit. Once i got there i was informed that there was no AC in the rooms and that a fan would be provided if need it when i mentioned that i saw other wise i was told that it was not. So some one is liying here is it u guys or the hotel? But pictures tell a million words and they do not lie. I have that picture. Now if i was informed correct about the AC then i would have made my own decision whether to stay there or someone else. Feels like i was trick into stay with this hotel. I highly recommend that be rectified. I have attached the picture if u look closely in the left hand side this picture was taken a year ago.

Location is great. Clean facilities. Water bottle daily in the room. Staff is great. Security at the door all day and night. We were able to do late checkout.

Homeless sleep near the doorstep during the night. Noice level is extremely high all day and night. There's a club right in front that closes at 4am. We knew it was going to be loud but it was all day and night. No central air so we needed the window open and had to put up with the loud noises. Rooms are tiny, tiny. Bed too hard for our liking. Breakfast is repetitive everyday. Staff serves you. You can not get extra towels. One per person.

Hotel is in the centre of Centro Historico and oyu can go by foot and see all the attractions in the neigbourhood. Wifi was perfect, staff was kind and we feel safe. Room is overall quite small but it has everything you need and is clean.

We were on 1st floor and the noise was a lot. Every night there was a noise from the partying that lasted up until 2-3 AM and even staff talked so loudly, blasting music, it was really hard to fall asleep. Ask for a higher room or bring ear plugs. There also wasn't coffe at the breakfast for couple of days.

The plase is very confortable, also the location is excelent, the shower a perfect and the facilities are very good, the tv with multimedia was an extra to be a perfect.

during my stay in the room was a no AC and one i open the windows a mosquitos was comming in to the room, making a little unconfortable the stay on the room for a wile, also the elevator was not working so to move to the room floor carry the lougage was little hard.

Great location near everything. The staff was very friendly always eager to help and the facilities and rooms were very clean.. Breakfast included.

Inside your room you can hear noises from the hallways such as people slamming doors, walking and talking. If the room has windows, there is no air conditioner.

The space is stunning how is so we'll distributed. Bathroom size was perfect. Also the perfection of having fresh made coffee every single time, loved it. Overall, great location & apparently they have other hotels like this one in strategic tourist points, trying the reforma one next time!

Breakfast could vary a little, not just the same (scrambled eggs, fried beans and fried tortillas) everyday. The pillows were low quality, they seemed like there was no pillows at all....

I loved the breakfast and the dining area, even if it was a bit small. I also liked the key/card system to access the room.

Unfortunately, the background music was too loud and sometimes just too annoying. I wasn't able to ask the staff about it, as he was just too nice a person for me to try such a thing. I didn't like the sink being in the actual room and not in the bathroom.

The staff is friedly. Hotel and the rooms are clean. The equipment is newish. Hot shower 24/7 and the bathroom itself is nice and clean. Great location right in the middle of the city just 5 minutes walk from Zócalo. Hundreds of all price food options and shops nearby. Free coffee available most of time. You can always find little things that may bug you but I doubt anyone would find another hotel right in the middle of CDMX which has such a value for money. I probably wouldn't stay there for a week or if I wanted romantic weekend with my wife but if you're transiting through the city and staying overnight or even 2 nights I think it's really smart choice

No A/C or even a fan in the room. It can get uncomfortably hot especially in the rooms with the windows facing inside. Again due to the windows facing inside it may seem a little noisy when you hear people talking in the lobby or just walking around etc. Although I understand the situation around pandemic and that there's no actual kitchen in the hotel the breakfast quality needs serious improvement.

The hotel feels very new and clean. Rooms were cheaper than hostels which gives this property an amazing value. Rooms are small but spacious. Provided free breakfast is okay. I loved the fact that I didn't have to ring the doorbell to get it, the reception door is always open. Location is great as well.
