Amazing location right by the center. The hotel is new and beautifully done. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop offers some pretty spectacular views. Be sure to get a cocktail or coffee up there.

The housekeeping never seemed to clean our room when we were out early mornings to midday. We would go out and return around 3 ~5 pm and our room was never clean. Then they would come every time when we were getting ready for the night or taking a rest.

The location is great for exploring the Historical Centre. The communal areas are beautiful, especially the outside and when you first enter the building. The rooms are spacious however, some facilities could be better. They are missing a few bits. The beds are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is good. The breakfast included is good although there were a few misunderstandings.

The smell of drain. I feel like this could be fixed by a simple air freshener or diffuser… it baffles me. No free water in the room unless you wanted to phone room-service which isn’t always ideal. The duvet is too small for the enormous bed which is strange. The slippers thing -you have to phone them when you arrive to tell them that there are no slippers, so that they don’t think you’ve taken them and then have to pay if you want to rent them. Very strange given that the entire room is tiled. don’t be fooled by the “patio”… it’s just a pointless entrance area that’s shared with the upstairs.

Beautiful property & interiors with a really unique design, feels like a design hotel. Rooftop is excellent for breakfast, sunbathing & swimming (very cold pool!) If you want to stay central this is a great place, as it’s an oasis within a hectic area (generally we much preferred staying in Condesa). Restaurant downstairs (Icate del Mar) was so good, must try the Horchata & tacos. Also really thoughtful local artisanal shops in the lobby. The staff were really helpful - when we had a particularly early start, they put together coffee and pastries for us to take at 430am.

No bin the room for your rubbish.

the room, facilities, and building are gorgeous. every need was taken care of. we loved every minute

it’s tough to access by car/taxi. if you arrive late, it’s a semi-dangerous area that you may have to walk a few blocks to with luggage unaccompanied. they should arrange for airport shuttles. that would be very helpful

I had an amazing stay at Circulo in CDMX. The welcome cocktail was much appreciated and I enjoyed not having to leave the building for a bite to eat (go to Itacate del Mar) and to to peruse some shops. The roofdeck was spectacular at sunset as well as for complementary breakfast. My room was very comfortable on the 2nd floor with a nice entryway. I loved the small-feel of this welcoming hotel in a big city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My only issue was having to call down to the front desk for water.

Breakfast a little limited for inclusive price. Location amazing. Staff especially reception and breakfast waiter. Roof top terrace for drinks and limited food offering.

Major event hosted by hotels restaurant immediately on pavement outside our room with marquee erected overnight and dismantled overnight next day but hotel did give us another room for the second night on complaining. Limited space for clothes. Needed to close shutters in order to have shower, use bathroom or anybody could see in. No area to relax such as lounge as potential area used by restaurant. Pool not really a pool.

The location is perfect for visiting the Centro Historico - on a quiet street right next to the Catedral, the Templo Major and the Zocalo. Many very busy shopping streets surround the area but the hotel itself is very quiet. Breakfast and afternoons on the roof patio are delightful. The Peruvian Mexican restaurant at the front of the hotel is excellent!

Because of the proximity to the Palacio National, some streets can be closed off making finding your Uber a little challenging. Not a big deal at all but you cannot be picked up right at the door of the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace provided the perfect morning backdrop to start the day with. There were beautiful shops on the ground floor space to accommodate all your shopping needs. The food was lovely with a lively setting in the evenings for sunset views and drinks on the rooftop. Hotel Circulo provided my best nights sleep during my holiday.

The only small thing that could have been better, was more counterspace within my room. Also, the reception area could have been designed to have a larger greeting space.

Absolutely LOVED everything about this place. We were pleasantly surprised by every detail, the amenities, the breakfast, the restaurants, everything was AMAZING. It was like stepping into a sanctuary and quiet retreat after a long day in the busy city. The location is so perfect as well. In the heart of the historic district but on a quieter side street that felt very safe. Direct view of the cathedral. Honestly blown away by this one, it was perfect.

Honestly nothing, it was perfect. It is VERY quiet and romantic. Not a lively party scene.

The hotel and design is absolutely lovely!! And the staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

1) I think this hotel mislead you mentioning there is a pool and hottub, which was a main reason to book, I even emailed about it before booking. It is incredibly small and just not for swimming and relaxing. Hot tub, is cold and after 3 hours it was still cold, we couldn’t use it. 2) You can not access the hotel with a taxi, they only email you this on the day of arrival. But I found out this is going on for a while…. especially in the evening this is not pleasant at all in this neighborhood. 3) Manager doesn’t want to help with the price, eventhough they do not deliver what they promise and I think this hotel is quite expensive!
