Good location

Beds are rockhard, bathrooms, smells.

The location was excellent; lots of restaurants, retail, and transportation nearby. We liked having the ability to shop for food and make meals in our apartment. The laundry facilities on the property were great, although, it was sometines difficult to get a washer/dryer not in use. The kitchen had almost everything one needs to be able to cook when not eating out. We also liked the security of the building. The view from our apartment was awesome (city view).

Our biggest peeve was the odor emminating from the shower drain. Even with the rubber drain cover the issue was still a bit unpleasant at times. We also found the bed pillows not very comfortable. While we liked having a king size bed, it was really too big for the size of the room. There was not enough space to comfortably and safely walk around the bed. The night table on one side of the bed impeded our access to one side of the closchet. In our opinion, there was too much furniture in the living area, which impeded safe and comfortable walking in that area. The window coverings could have been heavier/darker to prevent the intense glare of the sun.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, great hot shower, great location, quiet mostly. The rooftop is really nice.

The gym is VERY dirty. They need to sweep/vacuum the floors. Several times I saw a lady mopping the gross dirty floor which just spread the dust and trash around. Some things were spilled on the floor that were never cleaned during my 10 nights here.

The whole apartment was well-placed and aesthetically decorated. It had everything we needed to make home breakfast and dinner while located close to yummy coffee shops in Polanco. The location is right next to a Metrobus and metro station facilitating the use of public transportation. Building facilities were clean and accessible, despite we just used the laundry room. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

It is around a 15-20m walk from the heart of Roma Norte and there are too many street vendors around the place at any time.

loved how big the room is for the price , also super cute and minimalistic decor. Very clean, has AC, and has all the things you need in the room! The staff was very helpful when we needed them and I think this is great value for the money. Not in Roma Norte but you can still walk there in like 20 minutes so it’s not bad !

wish there was an option to be able to pay for an even earlier check in before 2pm but other than that no complaints !

Very clean, spacious and modern apartments. Good bathroom and kitchen. Great location. Felt very comfortable overall with rooftop space, baggage storage and gym.

The bed is too stiff, we made it work but if you like fluffy beds this can be a problem.If looking for a unique place to stay in, this place might feel more practical than charming (but still very nice overall).

Great location in Roma Sur. Apartment was really nice, huge bed, good bathroom, decent size kitchen area. Rooftop with gym & seating area was cool. Front desk was good - felt really safe with 24/7 security. Pretty good value for money.

Very picky but slightly comfier living area, wasn’t that inviting but not a dealbreaker considering we were out and about most of our stay.

Very close to everything and very safe

The condition of the laundry is quite stressing , around 10 laundry machines but only like 7 available the others were unavailable because they were damaged . Be thoughtful about being there and not finding a machine available , I guess the property should consider putting more laundry machines

It was in a great location to be able to catch the metro or bus and I felt very safe. There was a lot of tremendous street food within a few blocks north that you must do. The laundry room came in handy as did the rooftop. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The bed was not very comfortable.

As advertised. Very comfortable apartment. Big bed. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV. Very good facilities: terrace, games room, gym, laundry. Good location. Fair price for self contained unit.

Checkout was unexpectedly rushed despite selecting checkout time in advance.
