The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and modern. The shower had hot water ;-P And it was quiet as our junior suite had no windows facing the street.

The windows of our junior suite faced the courtyard. But the courtyard was a wall of the same house and overlooked the doors of the other rooms. Next time I would choose a room with a street view.

Staff was great, doorman always available to open the door, the location is great, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The lighting system makes the room very cozy. The black out curtains work very well. Bathroom and shower are very good size. Towel service amazing, fresh towels everyday. Staff is always happy to help, they welcome you with a smile and impeccable manners for any request I had.Kitchen is a perfect size, comes with kitchen accessories. Reliable WiFi.

The windows don't have window screens ( mosquiteros). I recommend you to install them. Cable system not so good. The glass door of the shower needs to be fixed. It leaks water and creates a puddle of water on the floor.

Lighting wasn't great especially in the room with no external windows; Placement of external windows don't allow for privacy - you always have to keep the curtains closed as the window opens into a corridor. The mobile fan is too small to cool the entire room. The rooms didn't have sufficient electrical outlets which made it difficult to power up devices including the fan.

cozy boutique hotel in a quiet part of town. tasteful decoration and oh so friendly and helpful personnel

not quite done- they just opened which means the facilities are amazing - really - though we had to spend one day at the hotel and there there was quite a bit of construction noise going on.

We booked this place very last minute for one night with little expectations. We were wonderfully surprised when we arrived to find a brand new boutique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the place is beautiful. Very refreshing from the accommodations we booked previously that often end up being a lot more beat up than they look in the listing. The location was amazing. We couldn't have been more pleased!

We stayed at Casa Nou twice in 2 weeks and both experiences were great. The staff are always very kind and welcoming and the rooms are of a very high standard. We also love the location.

Everything was great! I think to take the rooms to the next level they could include a few extra things such as: Full length mirror, a bath mat in the bath room etc

The room was very clean, spacious and modern. This hotel really felt like home because it is an apartment in a block, it does not have the hotel atmosphere which was great for me. The staff was very attentive, everything was on point.

The water drained from the shower, this is the only minor inconvenience.

Lots of space in our room with a comfortable king sized bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the room (especially the bathroom) was very low. Also, the refrigerator was not working. Neither issue really bothered us.
