Casa Corp Boutique Suites in Condesa

This is actually my third time staying at Casa Corp. Don't let the boring name fool you! It's actually a cute little Victorian decorated boutique hotel, perfectly located in the south end of Condesa, walking distance from a million restaurants, bars and especially breakfast places. It is clean, convenient, and the staff is fantastic. It is located at the corner of some busy streets, but so is everything in this neighborhood. And the windows are so thick you can barely hear a thing outside. Plus, the view is of lovely trees and walking paths. I've stayed in 3 other places in Condesa/Roma, and this place is the best value so far. It is my go-to stay in CDMX.

The junior suites are a bit small. If you're doing a long term stay and you want an airbnb vibe, then maybe this isn't the place for you. The kitchenette is perfect for making coffee or a quick breakfast, but you're not going to be having a dinner party here. It feels a bit like a European hotel room in terms of size and style. But I found it more than comfortable for 6 days at a time, and the desk and wifi were perfect for remote work.

Such a great place. Much bigger than a regular hotel room (little kitchen and sitting room) with lovely decor. It's all been redone and has lovely art work and furnishings. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's an amazing location too with loads of great restaurants around. Ubers came quickly and the internet was fast. The staff were very helpful and kind.

It's a great location BUT make sure to look at the photos online of the door and building because there are no signs at all to show the hotel. It makes for a rather neat stay but finding requires you to look at the photo and identify door/building.

Really nice property, in a great location. Felt very safe walking from the property to the bars and restaurants in the area. Huge room with a convenient small kitchen (although we didn’t use it as we ate out). Very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available if we had any issues or needed any assistance.

The bathroom was a little tired and the shower could use a new head as the jet was concentrated in to one powerful jet of water. If these small changes were made, I would give the property a 10.

The best stay ever!!! It was my best trip to Mexico City and the best stay. Thank you so much to amazing host Martin. He makes this place absolutely special and so welcoming! Martin gave me lots of great recommendations where I can go for dinner and about the area and places to shop and eat. House is outstanding, interior, furniture, artworks are speechless! Everything is so clean. I was very worried about traveling during Covid-19, and in this place a was feeling so secure and comfortable. You have cable TV and you can watch Netflix, Starz and HBO. Totally equipped little kitchen, where you can cook if you wish or just warm up your food, which you can buy just across the street in several great restaurants and coffeeshops. Coffee, water, snacks are provided in your room. Safe in the bedroom. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. I got free upgrade on my room, Martin offered me to stay in suit 4, which is more spacious. TV in bedroom and in the leaving room. Desk for your work. Nice view and not very noisy from the street. I think it is the best area in the City, many restaurants and little shops are around and very safe. Very lovely terrace on the roof, where you can enjoy city view and spend lovely evening with glass go wine. Absolutely highly recommended!!!

Absolutely incredible stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt super safe and taken cared of. The staff is absolutely amazing. The place is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful with traditional Mexican luxury decor. The location is PERFECT for everything. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, parks, and more. Investing in staying here was the best decision I made for my CDMX trip. And the owner was truly helpful, attentive and considerate. I'm so grateful to you guys for all your help and consideration. I will be staying here when I come back to CDMX!

Martin, the owner, was very kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. He was always available to respond to questions/concerns, and the staff are wonderful. Each suite is different with unique pieces of furniture and art, very thoughtful design. The location could not be better, walking distance to all Condesa and Roma have to offer. Free laundry service once per week during our stay was a wonderful convenience. The rooftop is a beautiful relaxing space with a wide variety of tables and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. The value for what you get is excellent compared to other small hotels in the same area. Important to note is that the property is on a triangular corner, and on one side the street is quite loud from trucks going by, but on the other side it is much quieter. If noise from traffic bothers you, ask Martin for a suite on the quiet side. We stayed in Suite C on the noisier side, but we are city people and we slept fine. Even so, when we asked Martin if we could try a suite on the other side he immediately showed us all the options. He has an art gallery which is quite extraordinary and part of the hotel. The Wi-Fi is excellent for video calls and streaming, the property and suites are very clean, the water pressure is fantastic, and you will not wait more than a few minutes for an Uber in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and roomie. it was great to have the lounge are to spread out. location was very good. La Condesa was a lovely neighbourhood and felt very safe. while the accommodation isn’t right in the middle of it it was only a couple of minutes walk to get there

it did feel more like a hotel that would be used for corporate travel with the amenities but we didn’t mind that

A little loud but not the hotels fault!

The property was easily accessible via metro, metro bus and taxi. Lovely area to walk in Hipódromo, Condesa, Roma. Interesting architecture, shopping, restaurants, outdoor cafes, Parque Mexico, Parque España and other sites, My suite was beautifully and comfortably appointed and the staff was welcoming and helpful. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend.

size of the suite was great. staff was very responsive and quite accommodating

it was located on the periphery of the Condesa area rather than closer to the center of it where there are parks and more attractive walking areas. The hotel opened onto a major road with a 5 way intersection that made it quite busy. However, it also made it very easy for Uber drivers to pick up and drop off readily.
