- very clean - amazing staff: so helpful and friendly - very flexible room service hours - food in the restaurant was amazing - Jumex refill everyday in the fridge, especially mango! - fast internet and brand new furnishings - comfortable and big bed - good working AC - washing machine and dryer - big rooms

- noise insulation against outdoor noises could be improved: especially the noise from the main street and the noise from the hallway

had a full kitchen , washer , dryer , use of am Amazing gym next door . best gym I ever been to in my life . that alone I would stay here . amazing roof top view ..would 100 percent stay at this property again .

restaurant for some reason needs a bit of redesign, lighting is way to bright white , not sure they need so many tv over every booth , no drink or wine menu their are so many great restaurants in Mexico City . I would lease out to a successful operator . not sure if the hotel is running it or they leased out either way they need help !!but a beautiful view maybe just go for a drink .

Big rooms, has a full sized fridge and a washer dryer. Bathroom has a lot of cute toiletries including dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo, conditioner, loofah scrub. Big showers, good quality towels, weighing scale. Pillows and mattress are super comfortable. They even have a spray of essential oil for the pillow to give you a relaxing night of sleep. Some of the stuff in the room, most of the 4 star hotels don't even keep. The floor is non carpeted which can make it feel cold but then they have very effective 'pantunflas' or indoor slippers. Digital alarm clock, safe, a desk and chair and a convection stove are few of the other little gems. Check in check out was very smooth and I get my factura invoice in my email in less than an hour after check out.

Address is a bit misleading. It's not exactly Condesa sur it's Tacubaya. But it really didn't matter to me.

The room was large and clean with up to date equipment in the galley kitchen. I especially appreciated the large refrigerator, and washer/dryer in the unit.

My biggest complaint was the location of the property, mostly because it really wasn’t a walkable or attractive neighborhood. I was easily able to Uber everywhere though and the cost of the Ubers in CDMX are extremely reasonable which helped. The location would be the main reason that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent value and well furnished suites, staff is outstanding, rooftop restaurant and 24 hour view deck with fabulous views. Everything is immaculate great for a long stay with the kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite..

A little outside the heart of Condesa but within reach with a short walk.

There were plenty of amenities all over the room, so you could travel lighter. The elements within the room were considered with precision and detail (good quality furniture and infrastructure), so one can be safe in case of any emergency. In addition, I was surprised how well equipped was the kitchen and laundry. All electronics were maxi size including TV, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washermachine..... The place was really awesome

The place is comfortable... Surround with restaurants especially Cafe Shanghai and Cafe Kowloon and others. Moreover 0.5miles away is full of restaurants too for visiting. The breakfast is superb.... One if the best among Mexico city hotels..

Suggest ready with umbrella during the rain day for the hotel guests. And only 1 lift go up and down.

I was actually blown away by the hotel. I travel a lot and this is in my top 5 places I have stayed. The extra touches and amenities were amazing. Fresh fruit, complimentary water, etc. all made a great impression. The staff is so accomodating and friendly.

The only complaint I had is that the hot water is hard to regulate. It's hard to find that nice spot between hot and cold.

The best hotel discover so far with the good price. Surround with Food restaurants such as Cafe Kowloon, Cafe Shanghai etc. And 0.5 miles away from restaurants, Bar, cafe located around parque district

Only 1 lift for the guess go down and up... Overall is acceptable.

The room was very large and comfortable. With a refrigerator and kitchenette . They brought a fresh fruit plate which was so nice.

The side of the hotel facing a very busy street was too noisy for a lite sleeper. But they moved me to a quiet room the next day with no fuss.
