Ascot Epsom Motel

The place was an awesome stay for 2 people! We had an early check in which was at 11:30am that costed an extra $25 which we didn’t mind but just in case others want to book. The parking outside of your room is awesome if your on the bottom floor! Friendly staff! I had a good area/ desk for me to get myself ready for the event we were going to. The desk was big enough for me to lay everything out on & it also had power outlets right on top of the desk which was good!! As well as a mirror & a light sitting at the perfect height for you to sit at the desk & do your make up & hair. We would book again if needed.

The rooms are a bit on the older side & do need a few updates here & there but nothing too major. There was a cold draft coming in the room but nothing the heater couldn’t fix. There was no sink to wash our dishes in, in our room we had booked.

Its a budget motel but clean and is centrally located. Defnitely not a 5 star but absolute value for money paid. I have stayed here before and glad to see they have renovated the property recently. Nothing fancy but thats what I needed as well. Beds were super comfy and air con helps during a cold night. Receptionist and the housekeeping staff were friendly and gave me extra towels when asked. Will defnitely stay again.

The motel is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. The staff members were notably friendly and helpful, the check-in procedure was quick. The location is great, just a 10 minute drive away from the city. Plenty of free parking too. The locality is quiet, no disturbances at any time of the day or night. Solid deal for $149, would come again 👍

There was no option for breakfast but that's fine because there are plenty of takeaways nearby.

I was a bit skeptical making this booking with all the other bad reviews but it seemed the only reasonably priced accommodation in the area at time of the booking. To my surprise, the room was bright and clean. Sheets, towels, etc were crisp and neat. We had 2 cars and other hotel that I enquired were charging $35 per car for parking but here, plenty of parking was available for free. Definitely was worth the money for the booking. Yes, the building does look old but it is quite and comfy from inside.

We were A GROUP on a Sports tour. Everything was perfect for us. Cannot fault anything. Staff were super friendly and helpful and also the cleaning staff came in everyday to give clean towels etc. and even took our rubbish out. we highly recommend. Thank You Again x Magpies Masters x

My husband made the booking for me and this place was good value for money. It is right in the middle of Auckland. Westfield mall is just 10 minutes walk and Remuera train station is 5 minutes walk. Clean and tidy. Nothing extra ordinary but serves the purpose of being a 2 star motel. Hotel staff are super friendly and waited for me to check-in post their reception hours so a big thanks for that. Plenty of parking too. Perfect stay 😊

Outside decors can be worked on.

Clean and comfortable room in an easily accessible location. Work in progress to clean up and update the facilities both in the rooms and the outdoor areas

Shower access was a little challenging as you need to step up into the shower. Stepping out also challenging. I'd suggest putting a vertical handrail for safety perhaps

The reception staff were very obliging when I couldn't find the TV remote control and found another. Friendly welcome.

A reasonably priced option at short notice. Had microwave oven to heat breakfast. Friendly check in.
