Quiet, has everything you need and great location. Staff were pleasant and very professional. The fruit, granola and pastries for the continental breakfast were great! I normally avoid continental breakfast but this was enough - and great! Room was a decent size with multiple lamps providing lighting options and appreciated having foot-stools for the tub-chairs and a small desk as well as a table.

Extraction fan in bathroom has limited suction. Breakfast-room coffee machine is a great idea but maybe need different coffee beans as it seems to be a very weak cappa! Tea was a better option. Our bed was OK - but the memory foam layer seems a bit tired. Looked like the vacuum might have missed the carpet in our room but everything else was absolutely clean and worked.

The size of the room was amazing! Spacious! I phoned the staff at reception a few times, and each time they were very easy to deal with! There's a dryer and a washing machine on the 3rd floor which was quite handy and very cheap! Location was great! It was so close to the supermarket and great coffee stops and cafes close by! Absolutely no noise at all which was a bonus considering there were a lot of construction happening onsite. Very warm as we had the heat pump on quite a bit, large TV! and Sky was a bonus! The cleaning service was great too! Thank you Greenlane! Will definitely stay with you again!

I'm a heavy pregnant woman and the walking up to the 3rd floor to do my washing was a pain! But great exercise for me! A suggestion please maybe to have the "Do not Disturb" or "Clean Me" tags hanging on the door inside so we can put up when we leave? We never found it till the end of our stay on top of the microwave :( That would've probably saved all the phone calls to reception :)

Room was a great decent size. Staff who was on upon arrival was absolutely amazing and complimented the stay

There was slight mould in the bathroom and the room felt like it could have done with a drep clean. Bed was somewhat small and rather uncomfy. We had rooms next to the doors and incoming and outgoing foot traffic was quite loud wigh the loud noise of doors closing. There was minimal detail of cleaning in the dining area, in fact i watched the morning staff wipe or brush the tables down via her hands.

staff are friendly and helpful - the bed is comfy and the room is spacious I really appreciate that I can check in online and they leave the key card in a lock box, so I can arrive after my late shift at work.

Had a bit of a whoopsie with the code I had been given - so I had to call the night manager at 2am in the morning when I arrived. He was very good however and got the issue sorted straight away. I have stayed twice now - my upstairs room was perfect, I had a downstairs room this time, and the bathroom was clean but smelt a bit.

We were relocated by booking in this hotel because our booking had been cancelled by the host. So we were not expecting to stay here but we loved it. Very big room, huge beds, very confy and all very clean. The staff was very nice with us. the continental breakfast was delicious!

If we had to say something bad would be the fact that you really have to end up paying for the parking (15$) and the fact that you r not close to the centre of the city (in walking distance)

Nice, big rooms and large bathroom with shower. Kitchenette was convenient too. Location was great. Cafe’s nearby and supermarket a short walk away.

The corridor floors were very croaky. When a neighbour arrived to their room late night, the floors were loud making a light sleeper like me wake up easily. There isn’t a accessibility to upper floors other than stairs making it difficult to take suitcases and large loads up.

Location was good, room was large and shower pressure was adequate. Free continental breakfast was very good. Off street parking available, although at a cost. Close to town and highways. Good service by reception staff.

We had noisy upstairs neighbours which woke us up at 5am by walking around loudly. We brought this up with reception and they helped settle the matter. The bed was also a bit too firm for my partner's liking. Not a problem for me though. The place was also undergoing renovations at the time we stayed.

Staff was very helpful before and during our stay. Beds were really comfy and room had everything that we needed. Carpark was easy access and so was after hours access. Great for a weekend away.

I'm not sure if it was the air freshener or the smell of the cleaning product they used but the smell in the hallways was very strong and not very pleasant. Only negative though, and not really a huge issue.

Great location if traveling through Auckland, The rooms were large and well set out, great coffee station in the rooms. Beds and Bedding were clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast was just enough and very nice but if you want a cooked breakfast they have a menu We would defiantly stay again

Rather noisy guests next door and below, guests should be reminded on arrival that the walls are very thin lol. Cleaner needs to move the furniture when vacuuming, previous guests clothing still there.

Over all we enjoyed our room. It was so spacious and open which I loved the most. It was nice and clean as well. Reception staff was so lovely. Problem free check in and check out. Parking was also available on site for a small fee which was completely fine. Loved having a kitchen, table/chairs and all in our room. There were also sliding doors out on to a patio area which was nice.

The couch I think needs to be replaced as it had existing marks etc on it. I totally understand white colour couches are tricky to maintain. Would be great if the bathroom also flowed with the rest of the room. It definitely lacked considering the rest of the room was lovely and stylish. Probably the last thing would be better quality sheets that are not crinkly sounding with every movement. Beside these 3 I enjoyed our stay.
