The location, the beds and the presentation of the room. We both had an excellent night's sleep. The shower was hot and plenty of pressure. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The location suited our needs but we were not close to food outlets so we could not have anything to eat after attending the theatre. It would have been useful to have information about local Uber eats. The parking was a little distant from where our room was but at least we did manage to get a park. This was probably due to the amount of renovation work that was happening at the time - tradesmen everywhere. It was important because one of us has limited mobility.

1brm apartment. No washing machine however guest laundry 24/7 and it's exclusively for guest's. So easy access. Location also great.

They service winz clients as well as regular clients.

The location was fine, and close enough to the centre of the city, but also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Fixtures and fittings good. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect to.

After stating our arrival time on the booking, we arrived to find no one in the reception area. Once I located the receptionist, she was not very helpful, just gave me the key, told me to park at any available park, and that the room was on the first floor. She then took the payment and left. There was no one to assist with my suitcase, and both my wife and I are in our 70s. In the morning when I wished to depart, the reception phone was not answered on three attempts, but went to voice mail. I then took the suitcase down the set of steep stairs myself.

I like all the facilities provide for us, there is extra pillow and blanket and there is heater in the toilet. The shampoo&conditioning/body shampoo and hand wash are good!! The service that you provide to change the towel and there is fresh milk for the coffee and tea instead of creamer make you are different from other hotel. Will come again next time.

We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay. nothing was too much trouble for these manager/staff. Came and replaced faulty remote for tv and explained how to use it. Helped us with any enquiries we had.

Nothing we found we didn't like. We do like sugar in our drinks so only downside was we think not enough sugar sachets for 2 people.

The location is perfect , not far from city but very peace and quiet , owner and staff very hospitality , we were given all sort of directions and suggestions to our queries , feeling like stay hometown. The room recently refurbished with modern furnitures and super clean bedlinens, will definitely stay again during our next trip .

Good location, close to train station and shops not too far away. The staff were super hospitable letting us leave our bags at reception whilst we waited for flights/to check in

The fan in the bathroom needs upgrading, the paint on the ceiling above shower starting to peel from all the moisture

Check in was breezy and simple Staff was super easy going. Our group had music playing at a reasonable volume and staff didn't bat an eyelid since we weren't disturbing anyone.

The hotel is quite pricey, so I sorta expected sky TV, but to my surprise, the channels were very limited and was set up very strangely.

Full size stove and fridge were great. Staff were very friendly and room was clean. easy yo hop on a bus yo Countdown (4 - 5 stops away from city).

Distance from the bus stop, from the city, to accommodation, particularly in rainy weather. Bus stop to city was closer to accommodation.
