Siesta Motel

The attitude of the young receptionist in my initial arrival was very good, plus being a wet afternoon my rooms heater was put on which made a warm room to walk into. This sets up good feeling about the motel. Also motel has easy access to motorway. Also close to Countdown which makes food purchase simple.

The room is set up to watch TV from bed. I like to sit in comfy seat to watch TV but couch not only sits under TV but also too low to ground. Otherwise all the rest of the stay was very comfortable and all amenities were working fine.

A generous sized studio, very clean unit and comfortable bed and pillows. Linen was crisp and towels soft and absorbent. Cooking facilities extremely clean. Check in and out was very friendly and we were encouraged to ask if their was anything we further required. The little extras like bottled water and sweeties, were a pleasant touch. Great location, close to bus stops.

Whilst recently renovated, some minor wear showing in the shower area. But also very clean.

A friendly, prompt check in. I arrived earlier than anticipated and staff made my room a priority. i arrived on Easter Sunday and Easter eggs were provided. A nice touch. Water was also provided. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Street noise was minimal despite being on a busy road. Wifi worked well. Bed was very comfortable

Nothing really, but hot water to the showers took 3-4 mins to arrive, which meant a lot of water is potentially wasted waiting for a decent water temperature.

Location was great. 2 mins drive to Newmarket Westfield(a huge mall), less than 10 mins drive to city. Staffs were very friendly and helpful especially James. He always greeted us with a smile and ensure that our stay was comfy. Room was huge, bed and pillows were pretty comfy.

The only downfall is the shower area. A tad too small.

the rooms are really big, comfy bed, nice and warm with the heatpump and great location, I walked to the mall and back both days and it only took ten mins. I love they have snacks available to buy at reception. The free hot chocolate in my room was yummy and the staff looked after my bags after I checked out.

Fantastic, best value for money close to town with everything you need in the basic studios. Fully equipped kitchen and good space, staff are friendly, very accomodating to your needs and the patio outside with the little bush is really nice. Clean, cosy and comfy, excellent location, will definitely be back. A+

No specific negative point, worth the price.

Easy check in, manager was expecting me, very friendly welcome and he personally showed me the unit. Very central to Epsom Campus, motorway and plenty of food choices nearby.

One of my regular choices for a place to stay in Auckland. Nice reception on arrival with the heat pump turned on.

I like the warm and friendly office reception and staff here. I accidently left some personal items when check-out. Got a call within a short time, and I retrieve it easily. Thanks to the staff and management at Siesta Motel.
