What a beautiful place with such lovely owners. The property is so nicely cared for and decorated incorporating traditional welsh style and materials. For a family of 5 we had two rooms and stayed for two nights. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. We really enjoyed the selection of breakfast, everything was delicious and the table settings/presentation was the cherry on top. We had a warm reception and after a long journey our rooms couldnt have been better. We can't wait to return.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely old farmhouse that has been beautifully converted to B&B accommodation. Clean modern room with every creature comfort, whilst keeping the cottage charm. The most extensive breakfast menu we have ever seen, including a separate vegan menu, all freshly cooked by Jane. Amazing homemade jams and granola. Jane, Nigel and Fay are friendly caring hosts that really made us feel at home, and we were very sad to leave. We’ll also miss Jasmine and Rosie the donkeys, who were always pleased to see us when we came home with a bag of carrots! 😁 Hope to return next time we’re in Wales x

Everything was perfect!

The shower took the cake... The situation was lovely and the Donkeys added so much. Something to go and cuddle!! The oowners were friendly and helpful allowing me to eat my supper in the dinning room every evening. Not cheap but everthing was the best. So it was well worth it.

Donkeys should'vve stayed put! (they are donkeys they will naturally wander away!!!! The TV was a fraction too small.... but thats probably because I'm old and eyes are a bit worn out

I thought it was beautiful, it was nestled in a farm so was lovely and quiet. the breakfast was delicious (I had the welsh one) and homemade. The room itself was also great having one of the best beds and showers I’ve ever seen. owners were equally lovely.

only criticism I’d say is that I’d have loved to have been able to pre order some goodies as they had a lovely looking honesty box which I’d probably have pre-ordered the shortbread from :) apart from that nothing it was perfect

Big thank you to the fabulous host Jane and her husband for their perfection service. They are so very nice couple and their hospitality are exceptional. They even printed out a list of places to visit and the restaurants to dine fir us, and we loved the local pubs with delicious food and unique beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay at this historic Farm House with both family history and modern interior decoration. It is very clean and quite with beautiful views from the window. We especially loved the Full Walsh Breakfast which was the best meal we had in the whole Wales trip.

Not really. The location isn’t the best, but it’s worthy to be there to meet the wonderful hard-work local family.

Everything we needed and more. Nothing too much trouble. Loveñy toiletries, plenty of freshly laundered towels, crisp cotton sheets etc. Superb breakfast, homemade jams and marmalades,, locally sourced very high qualify, excellent choice. Smoked haddock and poached egg simply perfect and the bacon, really tasty local bacon, delicious. Lovely people indeed! 5*!! A wonderful stay, thankyou!!!!!!

Super nice. I stayed for a night with my partner and my brother. Super clean rooms, spotless bathrooms with first class everything. Super comfortable beds. Very comfortable mattress and sourrounded by a lovely atmosphere. We had also an excellent coffee and various types of teas. Amazing breakfast with handmade products and prepared with love. We can see the careness with which everything is prepared, for an excellent price. I strongly recommend it!

There is no complain, as every detail is pretty much observed for a nice and enjoyable stay.

This B&B provided very clean, well-furnished rooms and a comfortable bed. Pontyclerc is sufficiently set back from the A483 that I did not hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was extremely well presented with a choice of home-made jams or marmalade, and a vase of flowers on each table. The scrambled eggs were the best I have had in a very long time. There are charging points in the garden for electric cars.

Friendly owners, quiet location, pleasant room. Excellent breakfast with loads of options. Lovely, modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. A charging point for my brother's electric car was a real bonus, too.

Hard to fault the place. If I could change anything, I can only think of the vegan sausages at breakfast - not a fan of Linda Mccartney :) I'm being picky because everything else was just about perfect!

Truly exceptional in every way. Delightful owners. Immaculate accommodation. Attention paid to every detail.  Very comfortable double bedded room with every  possible amenity thought about and provided.  Extensive breakfast menu. A pity it was a business trip. Fully recommended.

Location hard to find. Best to follow Google Maps. Needs sign at end of road.
