The Littlebury Hotel is very obviously family run and a place that puts guests before modern frippery. Traditional in style and decor the staff were brilliant and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. We had an excellent meal in the bar and breakfast was of the same high quality. And our dog enjoyed her stay too!

The owner was a very nice and hardworking gentleman, doing all jobs from reception to waiting on tables and checking everything else. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent breakfast and very reasonably priced evening meals served at the limited bar seating. Pleasant but dated rooms, with comfortable beds. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the nice pedestrianised town centre, where there are several restaurants, cocktail bars and pubs. Good sized walled car park behind the hotel, accessed through the rear door.

A little dated in places, with quite a steep winding staircase to the first floor, and more stairs to the second floor rooms. I did not see a lift, but the ground floor rooms at the rear are easy to access. Pleasant bathrooms, but dated low pressure shower in the bath, with a plastic shower curtain.

This is a nice Hotel. Yes it is dated, like a lot of others have mentioned but it has still charme. The garden is beautiful. Breakfast was good, The Staff all very nice and helpful. I especially want to mention how amazing the life music on Saturday night was, Sean you have been a star!!! :-) We really enjoyed our stay and would come back, as the price is fair for what you get.

As mentioned at check out some hooks behind the bathroom door would be great. Some plain Yoghurt at breakfast would have made breakfast even better for us. It would be nice to see that the hotel could be updated in certain areas - just to make it THE place to stay in Bicester. Single Mattress in Room 15 will need changing soon.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were large and scrupulously clean and had all the facilities we expected; tea and coffee making facilities, TV, bathroom toiletries etc. We spent a little while in the bar before retiring and the gentleman serving was chatting happily to my 3 older sons. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful and requests for extra toast were no problem. We loved the art work on the walls and the spaciousness of the public areas.

Not that it was a problem to us, but the decor and carpets were a little dated and in need of a bit of refurbishment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Littlebury Hotel. I chose it for its close location to Bicester Village and I wasn't disappointed it was only a 10 minutes walk it was so convenient. The room we had was spacious with a double and a single bed. It was spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the bed linen and very comfy duvets on the beds. Plump and soft. The pillows were also very comfortable. The room had all the amentites we needed. The bathroom had plenty of products to use and the towels were nice and soft. The welcome from the hotel was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had missed the cut off time for bar food which was our fault and still we were accommodated with lovely food ready for when we arrived with a cosy table in the bar which had live entertainment. We really enjoyed it. A great way to round off our day. Next morning the cooked English breakfast was served in the restaurant and again was just what we needed. All freshly cooked to order and served. The parking is perfect at the back of the hotel plenty of space and you leave your registration at reception. We will definitely be back when we next need a weekend at Bicester Village and can highly recommend.

Lovely friendly staff and excellent communication prior to arrival and whilst there. Location was perfect, able to walk into town etc. both slept really well. Had been pre warned can be noisy at weekends but noise wasn’t a disturbance and children slept right through it. Really friendly family feel to property and felt like nothing would have been a bother. Highly recommend

Didn’t need the fresh towels every day. Would be good to have a way of saying when not needed so could save the carbon footprint :)

Unfortunately due to unforseen problems, not related to the hotel at all, we did not have dinner at the hotel and we also had to leave earlier than expected so we missed breakfast. The hotel has some age to it and is an interesting building with plenty of outdoor space, for a town hotel, and ample car parking space. The room was comfortable as were the beds. I presume the owner, Michael, was extremely helpful because of our shortened stay and booked us out earlier than normal,

Did not see as much of the hotel or its services as we would have liked but there was nothing particularly that we disliked.

Nice pub/hotel. Very friendly staff, good pub atmosphere and good choice of food for the evening meal. Large car park and good Wifi. Handy for Silverstone.

I would have marked this hotel higher except my room was boiling hot. The proprietor explained that this room had hot water pipes running in the walls behind the bed. He did offer to move me to another room but I had already unpacked so declined. By early morning it was fine.
