cosy, clean and handy location.

Gardens (lots of weeds in the paving)and property needed tidying cob webs etc and wheelie bins needed emptying. a broom for sweeping the floor would be handy. A can opener and dish cloth in the kitchen would be useful also.

Property was really convenient for everything we wanted to visit on our travels. Everything was really clean. It was a great touch to have a smart TV as we always travel with a fire TV stick but it wasn’t necessary as there was one in the property already. The bed was really comfortable and we really appreciated the fan as it got quite hot in the property. It was nice to wake up and have milk, orange juice, cereals etc so we didn’t have to go and search for breakfast elsewhere and could just get on with our day.

We were only provided with the end of a toilet roll so had to go out and buy some which was a bit inconvenient. Shower tray seemed to fill up really quickly and we were quite conscious about it overflowing.

Breakfast was adequate and nice to see some yogurt in the fridge too :) Rooms comfortable and warm , and all facilities worked fine Wifi was good connection too READ instructions for TV ..once you do its pretty straightforward

The auto lock on the doors still doesnt feel that secure .. only a curtain seperates the door .once it is locked perhaps consider a voice confirmation ' the door is locked' / The door is unlocked ? or another screen inside .. locked padlocked behind the door ..so the guest can feel locked in at night more securely .. all that said I was not disturbed at all Parking seems to be an issue .. mainly because newly arrived guests think the whole spot in front of the studio is theirs Would suggest marking out diagonal parking bays in front ? then you may get more cars parked inside instead of on the road ..

The property was very well maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable a great size and had quality pillows and duvet, the patio with table was an additional bonus we took great advantage of, very quiet and with a parking space off road, the shower was very spacious and good quality and also had a decent tv

We had a problem getting into the property in the evening and couldn't get any response from the owner and they didn't contact us even the following morning also a lack of cutlery,plates etc was not great for example only 1 glass and 1 spoon and the freezer needed defrosting its a shame really as the items missing and the lack of response from the owner dropped this from excellent to good

Very clean & comfortable, The kitchenette is a real bonus & the breakfast items provided were good. The bed was extremely comfortable & the Lodge is set apart on its own, which felt very private.

The shower was very slow draining which caused the tray to overflow on the first morning. But I reported this so hopefully it will be rectified. Also, the TV seemed quite involved to just receive anything. very few freeview channels. It seems that one needs to use ones own subscriptions to view anything more. Which is fine if you have them & your log in details to hand, but I wasn't expecting this ...

Owner responded quickly to messages about access. All 3 studios were very clean with great kitchenette and bathrooms. 2 had direct access to an outdoor space which had 2 separate tables to sit at and was a sunspot for most of the evening. Essentials included in fridge/kitchen and towels provided. Would definitely stay again as very convenient for Blenheim Palace.

The Nuki locking system on the front door could have been very tricky without a smart phone. Only 1 of the studios had an actual key for the front door. If my parents had gone alone they would not have been able to gain access through the Nuki system.

The holiday apartment was in a quiet residential area. the location was ideal for visiting Oxford or Blenheim palace. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cater for yourself. Access was easy and the staff helpful. a missing hairdryer was brought over. the bed was comfortable. For people who like cornflakes for breakfast, cornflakes, milk and yogurt were available

The breakfast mentioned in the description was not available, but there was milk, yoghurt and two types of cereals.

Wonderful little B and B perfect for an overnight or weekend stay, they thought of everything - The room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable, a stocked up fridge with a selection of morning juice and 2 cereal dispensers incase you fancy cereal. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and perfect location from Oxford where we enjoyed the local sights!

The only minor quibble was the water pressure in the shower could have been better but I understand that that is not something that can be helped all the time! But that was the only thing other that it was a perfect stay.

Breakfast was basic (cereal/pastries) and everything was self service - i.e. no cooked breakfast option; no going to a communal breakfast room but we knew that when we booked. The accommodation was a self contained unit of the type that you might put as a home office at the bottom of your garden, but it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Everything was clean and well presented and we thought that it was good value for money. We felt that the accommodation and it's location was a little "unusual" but it met our needs and we would use the accommodation again. Just to note that there is a pub on the main road (about 10/15 minute walk) which serves food - it's a place that holds itself out to be a gastro pub but it was quiet and felt a little sad. However, it is not a bad option given that alternative dining options (other than having food delivered) did not appear to be in easy walking distance.

We have no complaints whatsoever.

this was for a wedding at Worton Hall. excellent location and much better value than other hotel or pub offerings. the normal check in is 4pm but the host was very flexible and allowed early check in as attending the wedding earlier.

the room was very good one note would be the radiator temperature gauge is really bright so did wake me up so would recommend bringing eye sleep mask. if you need to contact the host use the phone number rather than booking.com message as the host didn’t receive my messages.
