we felt very valued as guests before we even arrived. a text asking us our arrival time then a look forward to seeing you reply. lovely and personal. we only stayed the 1 night but will definitely be back. the Pembroke is spotless and so well organised. we were in room 5 on the middle floor. the room was small but absolutely ideal for our needs. cupboard to hang clothes in, large mirror, tea and coffee making and the comfiest bed ever. The bedding was so fresh and clean. a small shower room with a fabulous shower, wash hand basis and toilet all stocked with toiletries. an abundance of clean towels too. the road itself was busy but it was Saturday night and we still got a good sleep. an on sight bar is available for drinks and a TV room is downstairs stocked with games. Breakfast was fab and we were greeted with a smile and the young lady serving was attentive and so nice. she made sure we and all the other guests were well looked after. We will definitely be returning to and recommending the Pembroke to stay in. central for everywhere in Blackpool.

The 1st room I got was to small and everything needs updating including the bed and bedding you pay all that money for 14 nights and the bed was past it sell by day the host changed me to another bed ok but to small very little room to move about kept banging my legs and head ect

Apart from the breakfast and the host it wasn’t worth the money or the long journey from Scotland and 4 buses as there were no trains and the last thing you want is an uncomfortable bed ect

The Staff were Wonderful, very pleasant and helpful, conversing with them was a pleasure. The Breakfast was beautiful. Everywhere within was clean and nice.

The window was locked closed prior to my final night and the room became very hot and stuffy. I could have asked for it to be unlocked again but as I only had one more night to stay, I didn't think it worth bothering about, until trying to get to sleep for said night.

The staff at The Pembroke were absolutely lovely we arrived there early and they let us check in early, the food at breakfast time was exceptional the man cooking the food always came out and asked if we wanted anything else, the room was great value for money all in all I would totally recommend this bed and breakfast and will hopefully be coming again soon.

The only thing i really picked up on was a bit of rubbish under the bed but that wasn't anything really overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying again.

The Pembroke was a replacement for my normal en-suite Budget hotel and you could tell why it was more money than I normally pay..... it was clean and the room was fine. Very warmly greeted and was always welcomed if the owners were in. Breakfast was nice and started the day well.... location central to the gay quarters and a minute from the seafront... 5 min walk to North Pier.... all in all yeah if I had the money I would return (it wasn't expensive im just a tight Yorkshireman)

No real negatives... the TV was very small, but who's in BP to watch TV, lol... the heating was either broken or not on so it was a tad nippy and towels never dried properly.... I did mention it and the lady said it was bieng looked into.... only heating for one night, but that one night more than I would have had at home

The 2nd time we’ve stayed here & again the staff were so polite, nothing seemed to be a problem to them, breakfast every morning was amazing! It was also my partners birthday whilst we was here, the hosts put banners up & decorated our table for her also gave her some candles & a cake, which was a nice touch & didn’t ask for anything in return, the hosts are so friendly even supplied us with some plasters & applied them for us! The last morning at breakfast only one of us came down as one was feeling abit tired still, They made a sandwich to take up to the room! Amazing stay yet again will definitely return!

there was no hot water when we first arrived but as soon as this was reported it got sorted!

Warm and comfortable, close to the town centre and railway station. Seemed to have problems speaking English and often walked away before we were finished asking for what we wanted.

The first room we were given had a broken bed and it was almost impossible to walk round without hitting a shelf or a wall mounted television. We were asked for the wrong cost of the stay twice, the first was too low, they came back later and quoted £40 too high. The information on the leaflet on the bed wasn't all correct, the wi-fi password was wrong, the check out time on it was confusing, there is also more than one wifi password in the building. They did give us a bigger room on the second day which was nice, but the first night was uncomfortable being on a broken bed. They should have noticed it if they hoovered the room. A child couldn't drink the juice on offer, they charged her mother £1 for a little bottle, I would have just given her it. The child is type 2 diabetic.
